The official application of the Musée Jean-Lurçat and Contemporary Tapestry in Angers is for deaf visitors. It offers comments in videos in sign language or language subtitled in French signs.

Jean Lurcat was born in 1892 and died in 1966.
His set of 10 tapestries entitled The Song of the world is both a poetic and symbolic vision of the world and the work of a committed artist, from a generation shaken by two world wars.
