These meds are real. I lost hope and wasted tins of money. In 2 months I see a huge difference. I just thank God for guiding me in this direction. It has been a very long journey of 18yrs.
Doesn't work on Android (Galaxy S9). When trying to get started with Day 1, the button to upload a pic is grayed out (and thats whats needed for the guarantee). Submitted a ticket however there's nowhere in the app to see the tickets you've submitted which is absurd. When filling out the ticket request, the font displays as strikethrough and only goes back to normal when you've pressed the space bar and moved onto the next word. While the app LOOKS pretty, it's a horrible user experience.
This is my 2nd time around. The reminder notifications aren't reliable. I had to set an alarm on my phone to remind me to log my upkeep on the app. The 1st time thru, I applied the spot treatment every night, I depended on the app & I failed to log most of it 😔 but the spot treatment worked great!
Love the treatment, its amazing! The app however has its kinks. I haver never gotten any check in post to upload my pictures and so I have missed them all. How to see the progress when it wasn't an option to post progress pictures? Also, it doesn't allow to add pictures at a different time.
So far, so good. Spots has cleared a lot.But waiting for better results.i am very happy at this time.this was 2021. Now into first month of 2022 and my dark spots are coming back. I am using M+ Spot Cream & Anti-aging cream, maybe I will see some improvement again,praying
I tried reaching out to support but all that is offered are self help articles. Even when you try to live chat it still redirects. Only way to reach out is to go through a multiple choice selection of articles and, again, be sent a pre-scripted answer on what to do. There is Nothing personalized about prescripted/robo responses. And the prescription label instructions are vague, they were not missed. VERY disappointed to throw my money away.
update... great product but still unfriendly app. so I stuck with the program best I could. some days I had to work overtime, I work at night and still I use my product. but if I missed the check in window it's like bank hours. sorry were closed and you can't put in your update or take progress photos. seriously I'm home an hour too late and the app thinks I didn't check in for my progress.
I was skeptical at first but I have tried everything to remove my dark spots and Musely has helped me. My dark spots are almost gone in less than 3 weeks. This app is very easy to follow and you lr dermatologist is always there to help. LOVE IT!!!
I started using spot cream Aug 5 2020 Which I'm very pleased. Haven't really noticed change but I know it's coming so no worries about that. My issue is I cancelled auto refill and have not been able to check in daily with Enurse. I have also messaged support three times and have yet to get a reply. I'm pretty bummed about these issues.
Unable to communicate effectively with customer support. Hopefully the new version will have better selections and be easier to navigate to find help/customer support and or staff.

Decent app. It would be nice in the Journal section, if we could add more photos, and given the option to delete photos if need be.
I love it learning alot by seeing what everyone is going through, I finally found my routine for my treatment by reading an understanding, at first I couldn't do my picture or up keep thru enurse I was scared to to un install an re install thought I would lose everything but it worked an now I can take before an after pictures..... love it
I was so positive with this product due to the pictures and comments. At first I started to see the fading in my melasma but then after a month it stopped and never fade away completely. Sorry it didn't work for me and you pay for a Dr. Consultation that you never speak to.
I've had melasma for 17 years. This is the FIRST time anything has worked! I saw results in less than a month. I just started the skin care regeneration. Try it, what do you have to lose!!
Easy to navigate. I like the ability to take pictures throughout and compare them when you want.
Can't upload pics which is apart of Enurse. This was my first day of treatment so I can't complete the check in process,humm!!Couldn't contact support via email either. Appears this app needs some work.
I am on day 30 and this product really works. My pigmentation is fading, my pores look smaller. I can't believe I waited so long to try it.
It quits working after day 5. There is no customer service when it come to the app. Hasn't worked since...tried re-downloading... No real response from customer service, just Zendesk generated responses.

Why now I can not open the app?? when I open it, it's appears woman's picture wear white blouse! And I can not see anything in the app! Is the app stopped? Will it does not work again and I should delete it?
It worked fine at first. But my check-in's just get stuck on creating before and Afters... Can't move past that option, won't actually let me create one and save to move on to the next day so I stopped using it. The reminder feature is nice but sometimes it doesn't work. I like the product so far but their app is weak.
