Impossible to just open a locally saved file created by the desktop version! Disappointing. Edit: pleased by the developer's quick reply. Unfortunately I'm still stuck. After copying my mscz file in the local folder of the app (Android/data/com.musescore.playerlite/files), it's still impossible to find it in the app. All available menus and screens keep prompting me to log in or sign up for premium. Still disappointing.

Great app, but still has a few quirks : - Some text is trucated and appended with a - - cannot navigate scores manually - metronome does not seems to work - menu are not consistent (e.g. export as pdf is not available everywhere) I also think a dark theme would be a great addition. For the good sides : - You can transpose music easily - You can change the tempo - The music plays well, and you can change individual lines volume and visibility - Scores can be exported as pdf

This is brilliant and a hundred percent would recommend, helps those wanting to understand timing and can also play along with the music sheets and there's only a few sheets I haven't been able to find but best app for music by far. And you don't really need to sign up for the free trials, I've used this for ages and didn't feel the need to have to.

Great app, but could use improvements. Fairly often after I've been browsing scores for a while, all of a sudden the app won't open any scores. It says "score is currently unavailable" for literally every single score I try to open. Very annoying. I also suggest that the app show you new scores based on your skill level and preferences. Every time I open the app I see the exact same scores on my home screen. I'd like to see something new sometimes without having to search specifically for it.

Go to the website, the website is always available. My biggest issue is that even though I am a paying member. My accounts won't sync with the app. Also I have issues with loading and displaying the songs. Sometimes the screen will stay blank, after a while the app crashes. With the current way it works I can't use it and have to switch back to my laptop. So much potential. Sadly not satisfying my needs.

Terrible, the app doesn't work properly, it either stops responding, crashes or it is just awful to use, the filtering doesn't work as you'd expect for some reason, some scores are really quiet you have to turn the volume all the way up to barely hear, controlling the place you're currently playing is a hit and miss, overall not recommended, regretting getting the full year subscription, I'll see if I can at least get a refund.

I've had this app for a good few years now and I've loved it (even without the subscription it's worked great for me) But now after I updated it its horrible. It now does this thing on just about Every. Single. Song. Where It will say "this score isn't available in your country" and then won't let me play it. This happens on just about ALL the songs, even ones that I've saved and played multiple times in the past. It's basically useless if I can't even play the songs.

Buggy in some instances. Not sure if specific to the score being viewed or in general but seems that if a keyboard is connected via MIDI, the app tends to freeze or stop if I play when navigating the app? Also some scores have lyrics blended together so can't make out the words (again not sure if it's the score or the way the app is reading it, or both). Also, please allow landscape mode in all views. Not convenient to be twisting your head sideways everytime you navigate away from score view.

This a great app with a lot of music, but I rate it 3 stars for the amount that is locked for a MuseSore plus (subscription). Regular MuseScore is a place to browse music for free, and that's about it. You can't transpose music or change key/octave without the subscription. You can't download it into an editable file either, which I feel should be a free feature. I would be willing to watch as many ads needed to transpose some songs, but until that time, I rate this 3 stars.

Here's my problems: 1. Pieces of music that have become restricted in my country(for whatever reason) cannot be deleted from my library. I can't even open them. So why can't I remove them from there to unclutter my library? 2. Crashes. Lots of them. 3. While listening and trying to read along, it stops playback. It will just stop. No rhyme or reason. Just. BAM. No playback. It could be after 1 measure or 30. 4. If I go out to another app, Muse resets and I have to dig that music back up.

Deceptive practices! I pressed the "one week free trial" bottom, was taken to a screen to "sign up" -- which I foolishly did. And THEN discovered there was no free trial but instead I had bought a non-refundable year long subscription. I would not mind so much but the app is extremely buggy. Behaving differently from one time to another and others too numerous to bother mentioning. Nice concept but appears the app needs some professional programers and testers long before they charge so much.

This app has a serious problem in the Songbook function where multi-line lyrics overwrite each other on the same line rendering the app useless for vocalists. I have had a paid subscription for years and have reported this problem many times but without resolution. 20 Apr 22 It is so frustrating to open the almost daily updates only to find that this bug has not been fixed (2.10.51). What does it take to get this fixed?

Everything was going great... until I was no longer to view any sheets. I receive two errors, and am completely unable to access any content. I have cleared cache, app data, and reinstalled to no avail. I love the app but now it is useless.

Just made an account and I cant even access it because it never sent me an activation email. I checked and it is spelled right and I asked it to resend it and now I get error messages telling me to try again later. And I cant even access the app, it is just a blue screen. Super frustrated.

There is either something wrong with the app, it keep on saying This score is unavailable in your country. ... I paid in full for 1 year subscription.. none of the score can be opened.. I manage to download 2 score than this problems happen.. I think I deserve a refund for this.. Update, thanks for the quick response, look forward to the fix of the bug, will change to review after its fixed thank you

The app is a good place to explore music, but the app is very inconsistent in performance, buggy and overall needs some work to be done. Please fix. 03/05/22: Recently the app doesn't let me see scores by saying "Unfortunately, this score is unavailable. Your device hasn't been verified by google play."

I think it is most powerful app you can get for searching sheet on your cell phone. However, I find it quite annoying some of the songs are at first legible, but then staffs add out of no where and suddenly you can't even read what key you are in. You could do something about your zooming finally.

Not a good app and I'm a paying customer. It won't let you open apps and says "your device is not certified by Google play". I contacted support and they reiterated that my device was not certified and implied I was using a root kit🤷‍♂️ I tried to send a screenshot of my certification proof and the app won't let me, it just bounces out if my support ticket. Their advice is to use the desktop app!! So buggy and it looks like they won't even attempt to fix.

I had fun at first, but recently the amount of times I've been told that there is a song that I can't look at because it is "unavailable in your country" is ridiculous. If they aren't available, don't show them to me. I would prefer the website but it only lets you look at 2 scores and then makes you wait a week to see more. I'm frustrated already with everything else in my life. Why does one of my favorite things to do have to add to that?

?no longer.... Nearly all pieces are now copyright banned in the UK. Appreciate the feedback that this is a bug being fixed. Perhaps also fix the bug asking me to rate every piece on an irritating popup before I can see the piece, which repeats every time I open up a piece regardless of whether I've rated it or not?

Some kind of scam App now working properly and not allowing to see official scores few days now.( I have subscription) When I contacted them. They are just sending automatic messages, cancel your subscription. Cancel what?? I already paid for the whole year.

Recently I've been constantly getting a bug where sometimes when loading a score it says that the score is unavailable in my country (even when it's definitely not) and then every score I try to load says the same. Writing here cause I have no idea where official bug reports are

It's really anoying to use this app. I have my tablet resting on the music stand but I have to keep trunig it because the app is mainly forced to a portrait orientation, but the sheet music is in landscape.

I have the same problem already identified byTom Kelly below : where the score should display more than one line of lyrics, it only displays one line of mish-mash, unreadable text. Very frustrating for a vocalist.

The subscription is worth the price and the app is so helpful in finding music scores that I want to play for different instruments. The customer service is very responsive and helped my issue immediately. Another 5 star for the customer service.

Found sheet music on the website, and after listening to a few different instruments it wouldn't allow me to use the website anymore, I had to download the app. Well you can't view scores in the app unless you sign up/log in, so I sign up through Google, still no access to scores. So what's the point? I can find sheet music elsewhere. Maybe someone else will have better luck with this app.

I have an account with musescore. However, once I try to open the app, it will not let me log in. I will only let me pay for a subscription (which I already have). Then when I "x" out of the sale screen so I can log in, the whole screen turns blue and I cannot log in or anything.

I really love this software. Only thing missing is a version available for android tablet. It would be so useful to be able fully edit and create scores on the move. I hope this is on the way from development. Prrhaps it could be offered as a paid feature. Thanks very much for a wonderful product

Originally pretty cool, but with time it just became a ton worse... For instance, as a "PRO" subscriber I get ads for the discount on "becoming a subscriber" The search is impossible to use and you have to rearrange words forever to actually get to the score you were looking for, and when there is no score to find, it doesn't even show that it found nothing and displays the same screen as if it was still searching The playback is horrifically executed and has a delay of years Fix please
