step it up Nashville! this app is garbage and hasnt been updated in almost 3 years!!! constantly having "technical difficulties" and not ahowing routes... time estimates are finicky at best... and the favorite stop feature doesnt work... this is bad even by the low low low standards that we place on public transit
It's nice to see MTA (now WeGo) having a functional (existing) mobile app. This thing just needs a facelift to a more modern look. At least make it purple to match the promotional theme of the buses and new logo. I like the app, not love the app. I also would suggest push notifications for occurrences like your bus running late on a planned trip, weather or special event related detours (among other reasons), GPS map live-tracking of buses would be cool and live reviews/reporting of bus drivers.
Steaming hot garbage. They should fire anyone involved in the making/maintaning of this app. I would give it negative 5 stars if I could. Nashville's standards for public transportation is sorely lacking. The only thing worse than this app is the apathy of half the drivers. Truly, I absolutely hate MTA. I've been passed up at bus stops. Buses that are 10, 20, and 30 mins late. There are whole sections of town that they don't even have a bus route come near potential riders. Do better MTA.
Disappointed by the difference in app appearance and function between iPhone and Android OS. I have Android and find this app version lacking greatly. I really got down to using it only for trip planning, if not at a computer where I could do so on the website. After a while I just deleted the app from my phone to get space for other uses. The display on this in the app store shows only how it looks and functions on the iPhone OS and nothing alerting you that Android will be different.
This app actually functioned at one time. Now, there have been no real-time updates, and the schedule is incorrect. I have just waited in the cold for over 35 minutes with no bus, though the app had said that there were to have been 3 different busses that should have came. I am now having to pay for an Uber, as well as being late for work, and possibly losing a job over this.
The app closes immediately when opened, I have not been able to get it to run at all. I've restarted the app, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Unfortunate.
I have to take the bus everyday just to get to work. I was told about this app just so that I could get to the stop just before the bus gets there. I voted 1 star because everytime i opened the app, it crashes.
Terrible. The app closes before any usage actually happens. A complete waste of space and time. This app should have never been created.
The app would not allow me to type in my destination completely, it would automatically fill in with something else after I only typed three letters of where I wanted to end up.
App has completely stopped working and will not even open properly. Good job, Metro! Still wonder why more people do not ride the busses?

Horrible, the app crashes as soon as you want to use it and doesn't work at all. As if they did a pathetic job on the javascript.
I downloaded the app and right after I tried to open it wouldn't even open don't waste your time with this app just stick to google maps for fairly up to date info about buses
its accurate but not opening now as I update my phone it's not working I have to download it again. so I give it a good view now it doesn't work, wow.

This app is past due for updates. It quit working when I had to get a new phone with more memory.
Can't open the app after installing it. Try uninstalling and then re-install but nothing seems to be working here.
Auto-shuts down, even though I have a new phone and keep it updated, so there is no way to know when a bus is running late.

Edited from 3 stars to 1 because it has just basically completely stopped working for several days. FIX THIS APP PLEASE! earlier review: This app would be ok if it worked. Sadly it just glitches out and freezes a lot and doesn't work. Today it's just not opening any schedules. Even when it does work it's not always intuitive, for example how to pick for favorite stops is very convoluted. Can this app be fixed and upgraded please?
