Music Flow Bluetooth

Used to be fantastic and worked well with my phone. Then I refreshed my phone, lost my Bluetooth pairings and while pairing with my LG radio still works fine, the app no longer works. It won't even go past the connection stage, simply says "cannot connect device". This means I can still play my music yes, but I've lost the functionality and versatility of the app. Any ideas on how I can fix it?

This app does its job on my LG ARX10 HT system. Volume and eq settings and playing your music via your phone and thats about it. saves me time from reaching the Remote. You can create your own playlist and save it which is ok. You cannot change the function/input settings via this app it just says error...that would be a great upgrade if they do change it and also allow full control to this app and include DJ FUNCTIONS AS WELL.

App is working but not user friendly and not intuitive at all. Everything is messed up. It should be redesigned completely. Also,when you start app it turns volume up if Bluetooth volume is high on mobile phone. App is total junk and very annoying to use it. Please do something. It would be very useful to use it as remote control but in this case app is total failure.

App connects to soundbar fine, rarely crashes/disconnects and most importantly gives more functionality than the soundbar has out of the box. One v annoying issue - opening the app switches audio input from "arc" to "bluetooth", even when arc is in active use (very annoying for the household who are watching TV). Switching back to arc then lowers the volume. REQUEST: for extra stars.... pls do not switch to bluetooth input when opening the app and do not reduce the volume of the soundbar!

Mostly useless. I would like a static 'always on' setting with brightness control for the speaker light. Firmware update functionality works. There's no reason I can see for it to be able to record audio or play music. It's very spyware-like.

ok. I originally gave one star because I couldn't use the app after the update. My LG2460 would come back with incorrect pin or passkey. And after trying to connect different devices, I determined it was the mini audio system itself. So here's how you fix it.....unplug the device, hold the power button for 30 seconds or more. This forces the unit to clear its memory and forget the connection. Now it works perfectly. in fact the app is better now as it actually downloaded my songs now.

Its a well developed app . But i would like to see a function via which we can modify recorded songs in usb drive like renaming and deleting them. I don't know if the hardware of my device (i.e. LG OK75) allows it or not , but if it would be possible, it will enhance the customer experience for sure .

Before updating it had some pretty neat user friendly actions including switching off your device from the app. After update I still have to remember to switch off my system physically before I leave. Also if I close the app or the app closes in background it automatically disconnects from the device which is a nuisance because it won't stay open in the background so will always disconnect my phone from my system. Developer team please look into this otherwise everything else works as it should

The stereo itself is great but this Bluetooth app is horrible. I've been having issues with my neighbor being able to control my stereo and play music. Sometimes my music will go off and he name will be on my stereo. It appears to be a security glitch with this App and for that reason you get 1 star I wish I can start zero.

Excelet app to control my lg sound bar sj4r. I found the app and discovered that I was able to change the settings of the sondbar from the app. You should advertise in the box of the product as a feature that can improve the user experience. Mine did and only because I discovered it.

great app and you dont need the app for the ability to play the speakers but i strongly recommend getting this app as it allows you to control lighting on the pk5 and 7 as well as quickly turning enhanced bass on and off, the UI is simple and easy to navigate as well as stable however i strongly advise you dont close the app when your paired with them as that will disconnect the Bluetooth speaker, instead either pair with the speaker without the all and use it that way or use the app not both.

What a pointless app, you can change the settings on the xboom speaker without this. Of no use whatsoever if you use a streaming service like Spotify. Can't fault the speaker, the lighting control section of the app is of limited use and you can do it on the speaker anyway ! Needs more development LG, especially to be integrated into streaming service apps ! UNINSTALLED !

If I wouldve rated this app before the update I wouldve given it a 5. It had and did everything I needed it to do. I originally got the app to be able to go with my LG radio which I got for my LGTV to provide surround sound but I didnt just want a sound bar. The app allowed me to control everything by phone and I could even connect multiple phones. I seen that it had an update and thought to myself "The app is already great the update can only make it better, right?" now I can no longer connect

Don't understand the point of this app at all. Only thing it controls that can't be controlled elsewhere, is the light effects. There is no difference at all between this app and XBOOM app. Why are they the exact same? The one thing either of these 2 apps should do, which is power device on or off, they do not. NOT EVEN A VOLUME CONTROL!? Huge dissapointment, and I like LG brand devices, but they could use some help in the application department.

When connecting it automatically switches to BT and the app doesnt let me switch to other options , i have to change it on my actual speaker and then hope it reconnects to aux and doesnt change it back to bluetooth. other than that the app is good!

Works perfectly fine with my LG OK75, it's got an equaliser, audio control, lighting control, even to toggle between Bluetooth connectivity to FM radio or to ur TV, it even has a DJ setting in it, is easier and u dont need to use the remote, the xboom app didnt work at all on my j7 10, it didnt work on my huawei nova 3i, on my samsung a70, or even on my apple 6s, but this app works fine, highly recommended

Been an excellent app. Color effects could use a few more options. Only issue I have is when I go to close all the apps on my phone, when this one closes, it kills the bluetooth connection and music stops.

Decent app, but if LG could push out a software update that provides more bass at lower volumes while the "enhanced bass" on the PK7 is enabled it would be perfect. The speaker I own is definitely not bass lacking as it really punches at higher volumes so it would be perfect if it could provide more of that bass at lower volumes while enhanced bass is enabled.

I think it is a wonderful BLUETOOTH feature to use across a room to turn on the radio, change channels or adjust volume from my PHONE...really like it! It is an absolute necessity since I have had it to use now for several years on my radio...!

Need URGENT feature to approve Bluetooth devices from connecting. Or ability to kickout unknown connections. Neighbour kid is creating trouble by playing random music. Please bring this feature ASAP! I will change rating to 5 stars once I see this feature.

the app doesn't recognise files from iTunes even when stored on the phone in a separate folder. if you can fix this by adding apple music connectivity and make it compatible with different OS in the party mode that'd be awesome.

I like this app, sad to see it go, but the new LG XBOOM App we are required to switch to now (if we still want to talk to our LG 720W CJ45) looks pretty good too. I think I will get used to it pretty easy. My problem is I see no way to transfer the playlists. I searched many docs looked on the android FS itself, etc. I always try to rtfm before reaching out, but I can't find a way besides manually recreating them which is a huge bummer.

Needs more work easy to use needs better lighting for speaker control or custom for lights as the cj88 great hifi but the speakers on each setting just flash goes to beat but it be nice when there isn't a beat for the lights to go of then back on when the bass drops that's the only down fall and to actually get auto DJ to work in Bluetooth devices will be amazing LG got some fantastic hi-fi's and cj88 is a must have for party's :) just sort lights out :) and add nice background to the app :)

No Spotify integration and minimal control of the lighting (why can't I just choose a colour and leave it on, without strobing or breathing?). Sure down the connection to the device, when the app closes. 2 stars might be generous.
