So far, so good. You can edit the song's details within the app. You just have to click on the artist while playing a song and then go into the song's settings. That's a huge plus for me. Update: Although, when you have your songs on shuffle and you go to the song list it doesn't show the song's in shuffle order, so you can't actually see which songs are coming up next. Also, add an option to remove Albums, Genre and folder tabs, so I don't have to scroll to get to what I want. I personally just really don't want them there.
Great player! Specifically, I've recently been looking for a player that would allow me to customize playlists that can also continuously be modified since I teach a fitness class. This is the 1st that I found with that function, which is strange bc that used to be a standard function (or I'd been lucky in the past, lol). Anyway, that function alone is worth ALL OF THE STARS to me! Thanks a bunch!
I first rated this app with 5 stars in April 2019...I still love it. It sounds good, it's user friendly...it plays while I surf and do other tasks...no interruptions!! What I like best is that it still plays when I lock my screen. I am able to walk from room to room with my wireless headphones and not have to worry about my music cutting off because the screen timed-out!! Also the ads are not intrusive at all. So thankful for this app!! I would write more if I wasn't out of characters :-) !
I don't think this app could have any more features. It's brilliant. It detects all your music and allows you to create different play lists. You can also edit song title and Artist. I honestly can't think of anything else this app needs. It even has a widget and is the best and easiest music app I have ever used by far.
Great app. Switched after the discontinuation of Play Music left me with no way to play the songs on my phone. The only feature I would like is an adjustment to the shuffle feature. Currently, the playlist stays in order and songs are picked from it at random. This means I have no way of knowing (or controlling) which song will be played next. I would prefer if the shuffle feature shuffled the playlist, so I could see exactly which song is queued next in shuffle mode, and so I can adjust this.
I've been searching for a player that allows me to skip forward/backward for a short period of time. This is extremely useful for long audiobooks because moving the slider just because I missed 10 seconds usually ends up moving too far back. This app definitely nails it, where it provides skipping functionality for 5s, 30s and 60s. How brilliant! Thanks for all the hard work, pal!!
Lovely interface, simple to use. Wished it had the ability to import music, or at least instructions on how to import music, but the developers seem committed so given the quality of their application, I wouldn't be surprised to see that feature. Well worth trying the app. Oh! Did I mention? No adds!!!
I like this app. I've been using it awhile, but recently it doesn't allow me to edit songs titles. It says "tag was successfully updated" but it doesn't change. Also, lyrics would be cool, and sometimes it's difficult to push the menu button on songs because of my man fingers. Instead it plays the song even when I'm pushing the menu button.
Using it on my OnePlus 6t . Good app, does what it's supposed to but if you can add the ability to download music information so that it loads the correct song name, album name and cover art , it be awesome. It would definitely save me time on manually inputting the info on each song. Keep up the great work.
great app. only gripe I have is when using it on my phone is the lock screen controls and the flick down screen controls. I find having the cancel app button right beside the skip very annoying as I keep canceling the player and the control buttons are slightly too close together. I think getting rid of the cancel button would be better and making the buttons further apart would make this a brilliant app to use as having to stop still to skip songs with the way it's set up is just frustrating
Overview: Great app but playlist function no longer works. Pros: easy to use, make playlists, etc. Ads are occasional and not bothersome. The only Con: after a few months of use, all my playlists suddenly no longer work: when I try to play one of them, none of the songs will play, though all my tunes will play when played independently of a playlist. When I create a NEW playlist now, this playlist will play everything, but all my efforts to create playlists when I initially downloaded the app are now no longer usable. This is incredibly frustrating, and it doesn't seem I can fix this with any updates. I've reported this issue and haven't received any help from the developers. Would give 5 stars. Downgrading to 3 since I mostly use the app to play playlists.
Love the music app! Only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because it has recently started to remove majority of my songs in my one & only playlist I created. Inconvenient because I have to keep adding those songs back to the playlist. Not sure if anyone else has experienced that or not. Could be a glitch. Other than that organization is clear & sound quality is superb
Pretty good! i downloaded it specifically because google play music decided to not be available anymore, but if im being honest, this app is pretty good! Not gonna lie, im so used to google play music that adjusting to the setup of this app is hard and frustrating, but ive only had it less than 10 minutes and already have added all my songs from google play, in a playlist on here. one suggestion though, not sure if there is, but id love if there was a way to see how many songs are in a playlist.
Very good, thank you for add free. Plz add alphabets in the rightside so that we can scroll and find the album easily. U can refer listenit music app. Also I want to see only songs, album, playlist and folder options. I dont need artist, genre etc..etc.. so that should be customizable. As of now this is mu suggestion. If there is anything, will update the same. Thankyou.
Very stable has not changed yet. Only thing so far is when I start it. It doesn't seem to remember the last song and have a now playing bit at the bottom to return to. Instead have to go to songs and shuffle. Ps I have paid for a program music player pro but that one seems to suddenly skip over all songs on my phone saying this file format is not recognised. Rubbish it played it earlier. This program so far has not done that and this one's free.. A+ well done
Truly excellent music player! LOVE how easy it is to use AND gives me greater freedom in being able to edit song details; easily create various playlists; auto sorts by mutiple views like album, artist, genre, etc. SO easy to set up and customize to work exactly the way I want vs. being stuck with operations and features the other players' developers think I should want. THE BEST!!!
Plays songs okay & equalizer is also okay. Needs a way to jump right to the alphabetical letter of the song starts with, not just scrolling with side bar. That isn't even an option when searching for artist by letter. Can't edit song or artist name like advertized. Can't delete songs, even when using the app supplied option. New songs added go to the end of the list for songs of that letter, not in alphabetical order. Uninstalled
It's okay, but like when I pause the music to do something else and then I come back it's like the music has stopped completely so I have to restart the playlist. Also could you put the playlist on the same display as you did with songs, albums, artists etc? Those are my only problems but it's good
This is a fantastic replacement to Google Play Music, it's simple, and relatively easy to utilize, although if you struggle to find audio files it can be frustrating. I liked the app well enough that this is the only app in the three years I've had my current phone to reach my quick access bar, replacing Google Music. Also, suggestion for those who want to download music onto their phone; if you use a computer, you can save it to your google drive and then download the Mp3 using google drive.
