Music Recognition

This app is only kinda good. It found one song To The Stars by Bracken (which I'm happy for) at least. But really it does not work well with instrumental songs and less popular songs. It also took quite a while to find this even when the audio was clear enough. And this app always mostly mistakes songs as dirty songs (for some reason??) And when it takes you to YT to hear it, it is not the actual song, a very different thing. So yeah not a really good app I guess, could have been good but Idk.

Always found the song. It just needs to hear the clip of music in question and it will find it. Even if there are no words it can still find it. Absolutely amazing. Helped me find a song I've been looking for, for like 4 years. The only reason why this app has 4.6 stars is because the music in question has to be on Spotify. If the music isn't on Spotify then it won't be able to pick it up. The app also will not find a song if you sing it. Be mindful of that before judging the app. 😁

Decided on this app because the "most popular" music recognition app wants too many permissions. This is pretty good, I guess. Too bad it usually fails to recognize obscure trance and techno, which was the reason for downloading in the first place. The ads aren't too invasive and it's a good trade-off. I kinda like the party mode visualization thing, with its camera flash-to-the-beat option. Neat. How about adding more varied visualizations? I'll watch an ad to unlock each one. Deal?

This is absolutely amazing! I had problems finding a song that even going to Google didn't quite help me find the song I'm trying to get. This app recognized the song within seconds and turned me into a very happy person. Doesn't work so well for covers, but that's understandable. Overall, a great app, would definitely recommend this to other people!

As long as you catch the song before the next one starts, you are good. I tried to find the current song but it had JUST transitioned to Motley Crue Kick Start My Heart. It found MC, and I was thinking that is totally not it, but it was ahead of my lousy brain. Seriously, it had three chords at the most! I hadn't even realized the song had changed. Had to uninstall, it couldn't find my browser? Firefox Focus.

I don't usually rate and write,but when I do,because it's really good,or really bad.This time,Really Good. I found the background music -not even a song with lyrics, just background music, that i've been looking for in years, on a korean variety show that I loved so much, recorded from the show that filled with editing sounds, noise, laughter and all, but still able to recognize the bgm. Years i tried to find it, other apps failed, finally found it using this app, so Thank You. Awesome!

Ok where do we start. All in all it does what it says on the tin. Which is great. I've only ever had one song it didn't recognize but seeing as how that was Sonic Youths Flower I wasn't surprised. What's annoying is when you're trying to leave the app and the adds won't let you. Some of them are so glitchy you have to shut down and restart your phone to get rid of them and get back to the app. Sort this issue out and I'll be a bit happier with it.

Very impressed with how smoothly it works. Simple and straight to the point. I've tried other's over the years and this is the best so far. I love it when an app does exactly what it's suppose to do and does it well without all the ads and junk added. If an app has less than 4 Stars I won't even look at it or put it on my phone. OnePlus 7 Pro. 12/256gb. Maybe that's why my phone performs like 5 stars. They have to earn it with quality to be on my phone. This one's a winner. 👍👍👍👍👍

Works fast, has a clear interface and is simple to use. Unlike another app with bloated interface. Suggestions: 1) consider setting for auto search at startup when user opens app (without having to press search button). 2) I don't care for the flash feature myself but if possible making it flash on rhtym instead of loudness (voice) would make it actually match better with music

Absolute potential... when I was trying to search for song's anything that Spotify will pick up it seems link in very well with Spotify. UI could definitely need some work... as well as possible adding more options for the user. Finally, Please make a payed version. After every single search is an AD? I understand you want to be paid but that's a little much. I'll check back again after some updates.

Love it. Coming from the past where you had to wait years to find out the name off a song, let alone save and play on Spotify within seconds, you can't beat it. The only things they could improve on is linking with Spotify to automatically drop the song into a prearranged playlist. And be voice activated. # LoveOurTimes

I'm super impressed. I wanted to identify a classical piece of music that was used as a background tune in a radio programme. I didn't expect much because 1) it was classical 2) it had voice over. But to my delight, it identified the music correctly on the first go. Highly recommend.

Works great. Always identify the song and artist, when I didn't know anything about the music I was starting like it's sound. The app picked up every song I wanted know it's title was and from which artist performing it. Was sufficient anywhere I used it. Also saved me time to search it myself, while busy doing my daily tasks or I would have wait for the song to play again. 👍

None of these apps ever seem to work correctly. When I actually do need a song to be identified that I've never heard before and really like, it fails. Tried multiple times during the song and failed every time, so uninstalled. It failed at its only function. May reinstall in the future when the song database is larger and will update my rating if it works.

No way! Wow I checked both soundhound and Shazam and they could not figure out this song for me. It has been driving me crazy to look for the name. But this app got it within seconds. The trick is, the song is not mainstream and has no lyrics. This app is by far the best the others only focus on mainstream music. PS: the song name Stir by krackatoa.

Another inaccurate app that doesn't work at all the whole song play at high volume. Vocals is clear but the recognition didn't even read anything. Waste of my time and space. I'd honestly wouldn't give this app any stars.

Pretty light and easy to work with. I usually use it to check classical music, sometimes it doesn't mention name of the composer, but the performer which is not really great. Maybe it's about the database they use. But after all, it's been a playing experience.

Love it!!!!! Identifies tunes so quick so you don't miss the chance to know what it is. If you don't have this app and keep wondering what a good tunes called when you hear it but can never find it then get thus app trust me. This app is going places mate saving people bare stress and pickled brains trying to think of a song humming it to yourself and that hahaha. Oh yeah I've been there too but not anymore get this app

And we "danced" all night to the best app ever😂 I heard a song in a video but the name of it wasn't there. I tried to check it on Youtube by writing down a part of the lyrics but I couldn't find it. Internet, Shazam and other song finders also didn't work. Then I found this app again (I had it before but somehow I deleted it) and it didn't take 30 seconds to it to find out which song was I looking for. Thank you so much this is an amazing app!!!!❤❤❤❤

Honest review? Well this app is the best in the game and I'm not paid to say this. You ever wanted that background music that you found was catchy but could barely understand the lyrics due to overlay audio of the original video? Well I don't know how but this app can recognize any music no matter other transcending sounds that overlay. Has to be one of most underrated music recognition apps on playstore, but I would really recommend for you to try it out! :)
