So many things I could say. Obviously its a social media app focusing on quick video clips, so not healthy. The algorithm is by far the most accurate of all the apps. They are very biased and descrininatory about certain types of people, they remove videos with little to no explanation and just don't respond to appeals to get the content back. Sometimes when I post a video from drafts the audio & video will be off sync even though it was fine when I made it. Fun app but could be improved.

Was 5 star had to change to 4 as I'm still yet to receive the repost feature. Would add the star back if I was contacted but sadly I haven't been. Edit now 3 stars. 3 weeks waiting for a response for my previous issues still no reply. As of the previous update I have been unable to edit my new clips. I have also had multiple features removed when I use nearly all of them. Such as adjustments, templates, the original sound for my clips, the ability to change what part of sound is used. And so on

Sound automatically added to effect? Why? If I want to try out ten different effects it now comes with a sound I have to remove ten different times? What happened to us adding the sound we want and you giving suggestions based on the effect/filter? The sounds are intrusive and make the app unuseable for me. How can I try things when I'm constantly having to remove the sound that autoplays?!

When people send me videos it autoplays things I didn't ask for every time and sometimes doesn't automatically switch to the right one, I have to go back to the original link and click it again til it works. And there's annoying text overlaying all the videos you just can't get rid of. There is no reason for the interface to be like this on such a popular app.

Honestly it's a pretty nice platform but there are so many things that could improve it. Like the drafts not being deleted if you Uninstaller the app or use it on a different device. When editing drafts, it should keep you in the same place you saw the video in drafts. Being able to turn captions on and off at will. Stuff like that. Unless you're someone who doesn't are videos ig it doesn't matter. But there's just so many improvements that could be made in my opinion.

UPDATE The app wasn't working correctly so I had to reinstall it now all my drafts are gone... hard work down the drain! It feels like its getting harder and harder to use this app. Between guidelines and not being able to recover your work!!! Not to mention turning the sound off from videos even though you advertise using your favorite sounds for free! Now I have videos with no sound! Losing zest!

Between the video information and the fact that I cannot turn off video captions no matter what I try, I can't see half the screen. It gave me the option to turn off captions before the last update, but now doesn't give it on the video and toggling the accessibility settings doesn't do anything. It's really annoying.

I had text to speech. Tik tok took that away from me. I tried everything, updating, restarting, reinstalling, rebooting phone, deleting data, nothing works. The app is constantly up to date, yet text to speech hasn't returned. Tech support hasn't answered my emails. Idk what to about it anymore. (Update): the text to speech icon is now visible but it still doesn't work. It says try again later but when i do it still doesn't work.

Making this my current review until Tiktok fixes the text to speech feature. Couldn't load try again is displayed every time I try to use it. I'm more than done with this. This needs to be addressed with something other than redownload the app. Especially when that means getting rid of all your drafts! Could this be fixed any other way?

It is amazing! Only reason it's 3 stars is because of the update. People will show graphically disturbing content targeting people with paranoia, phobias etc. They say "Swipe to the beat" then show disturbing items. There can be gore, wounds, very disturbing photos of demons etc. The new slides update is horrid. I believe you should have a filter that filters out bad content and throws it out. Or delete it entirely. It is truly bad and people are getting trust issues. I don't have a problem.

This is a good app and I use this latest version but I face a problem when we lose the image on the lost photo shop on the tacky profile. And when we post, the quality of the video loss is similar. So solve this issue. And when we post photos and videos, find a solution and do not harm the images of the video. I hope you work on it as soon as possible.

I like it, but hate it when i find audios that just grate on my ears. I hit "not interested in this audio" and it does nothing. The audios still come up. Sometimes multiple times in a row. Doesn't matter how many times i say im not interested. Same with some creators. I don't want to watch bugs, but they keep popping up. I had to resort to blocking creators I'm not interested in just so they stop showing up. Telling the algorithm that I'm not interested doesn’t work.

Hi TikTok. After the new update, which includes photo mode and friends, some things have been going wrong. Sometimes I'm scrolling on my FYP, and when I scroll to the next video it just goes black. Sometimes when I'm watching a video it just randomly stops for a few seconds, but doesn't show the pause icon. I also still can't post 10 minute long videos. Please fix this.

Add a Dark Mode and fix the "Not Interested" function. There is no Dark Mode for Android and there should certainly be one by now. Also, the "Not Interested" function is broken. I keep pressing "Not Interested" on certain creators and videos; but instead of showing less from those creators, I see more. The same for videos. I don't want to see animals killing other animals, but when I click "Not Interested" or report those videos, I come across them more often.

Lately there have been a ton of major glitches with regards to video editing. Some of these being the app crashing when selecting a video cover, recorded audio being deleted during the editing process for a variety of reasons from deleting clips to adding stickers, and the worst part is there is no rhyme or consistency to when the glitches appear. They randomly hit three of my recent drafts, but not several others filmed the same day. I'd advise against content creation until fixed.

I've been using tik tok since late 2018, and it's been great. But the loading issues are horrible. I have had 4 phones since 2018 and my last one and this one have experienced comment loading issues, liking the video issues I can have full bars and it could say the server is out so I'd have to like it again the comments just take so long to load I have to scroll back up and down and sometimes that works. It's not a bad app I've been on it awhile, but the server problems are really annoying.

Highly addictive to continually keep scrolling through on random videos or what the Algorithms pick up as to what we may like or not like. Great options for duets and collaborations. Also like the option of saving or sharing (*Or not to!). Great for influencers/bloggers etc. However some of the content and its profile visibility need to blocked. Any content that encourgaes hatred against any ideology. Or system needs to be monitored more thoroughly. Also Great way of filtering out criminals too!

Sometimes when starting the app, it says there is a network error, I've had this this app for a long time so I know it's not my internet, just happens sometimes. The guidelines are nice and specific, but they almost never take down videos that break those guidelines, especially if they're viral. It can be a real time consumer and sometimes that can be a problem, but that might just be me.

don't get me wrong; I absolutely love this app. it's helped me connect to one of my current best friends!! but my only problem is how it acts on my tablet. at first it acted fine, and I could fix the problem but now I'm unable to; my problem is that Everytime I uninstall and reinstall the app, it opens it to the web version. I don't really like it because it's more difficult to use as well as harder to upload stuff. I hope it's fixed soon though!

This app have all of your contacts and knows everything about you. I did not give it permission to my contents an files and yet it has full access to all of my contacts and files. I've checked and it still says that It don't have permission for my contents on settings. It also knows my friends from other media's that I don't have there numbers. 🙃

Tiktok needs to learn how to service problems. For over a month now, my account has had privacy restrictions due to my age being inaccurate. I can't even send or receive videos from my friends. I have sent multiple messages and emails (including the ones that tiktok recommended to me) in regards to the problem and its still not fixed. As I can see from the other reviews, I am not the only one battling this issue.

Design randomly changes every week or a few times per week without updating the app and without any notice. Absolutely annoying. Me and my friends constantly end up with different looking versions. I still don't have some functionality they have. I once tried to set up a word filter and tiktok just randomly removed 700 unrelated unharmful comments on my video. I'm sick of how inconsistent and unreliable everything in the app is

I can't use your app anymore. My notifications don't come up, the 'inbox" page is a completely white screen, I get a notification but then I can't see it at all. Sort it out, I'm literally pulling my hair out its been happening for weeks, there was nothing wrong with how it was so I don't know what you were trying to fix

Since the last update - in draft view audio is perfect both when playing with earbuds on and without if I'm lip syncing. My last post is terrible. If I watch with earbuds perfect without I'm off. It wasn't like that before I posted. I've done everything - cleared cache ensure up to date app, uninstalled and reinstalled app. This has happened before now after posting original draft disappears after posting and now post is terrible. Have to remake. What is the issue from draft to posting?

Very upset they took away my ability to edit my full clips with audio to sync up my videos. Now I have to edit my clips first then go to a separate section to pick my sound. Can't do both while in default mode. Can only do it with "autosync" which shortens all my clips with no means to extend them. Why would you take away such an important feature for audio/video editing within the app?! Please add great features or enhance them.. Now your like every other social app..disappointed 😔
