Musicana Music Player

It doesn't work with my phone's equalizer. I don't like the equalizer that comes with the app. My phone's equalizer sounds better. Please fix. Everything else is fine👌 Edit: I did what you said and the sound still didn't change. I enabled my built-in equalizer but it still sounds like the equalizer is disabled. I'll give 5 stars if you can fix this. Thanks. Edit: yes it works with other music apps except this one. This app has a satisfying look and I like the online stream feature too. The equalizer is the only dissatisfying aspect of it.

The sound of the app is clean and beautiful. Music playing features work fine. 👍 However, UI makes it a bit difficult to use. It looks amazingly beautiful but you won't find all the functions at their usual place and switching between tabs also looks and feels strange compared to most music players. It's not a big problem, Musicana just works a bit different. Those who fall in love with the beauty of the interface can easily get used to it..😉

I rated it five stars first, but after a few days i saw some bugs. It could be the best music player without any doubt, cool graphics. But there are some bugs like after pausing songs start to play again automatically, suddenly songs start to play in the background. Sometimes the tags and names in the interface becomes messed up. Please fix these issues and make it more stable, i would love to rate it good again.

I really like this app, the equalizer is pretty nice, we can customise the way it looks and choose our own aesthetic, I also like the fact that we can look for songs online, that's pretty neat. The only thing it misses is a way to make playlists with songs from the online playlist and choose the album covers. And if it's possible, being able to put songs in the online playlist in a local playlist (saved on the phone). Other than that, it's pretty good 👍🏾

The app is great. However, editing playlists is annoying! Whenever I edit the order of the songs included in a playlist, it applies at first. Yet, once I return back to the playlist, I find that no change was applied. Another problem appears when I go for tag editing; nothing changes even if I edit the song. Hope there will also be an option of reading lyrics offline.

It's good. But it has some problems. Like when the music is inturrepted it will stop, when some time passes(not much) the music notification goes away and you need to open the app and play the music from the beginning. Some random guy gaved this one star for not being able to make a playlist but I guess he couldn't find it. But the overall app is amazing. I definitly recommend it.

There are some real problems with this app like : 1. None of the song lyrics have ever been detected by the app automatically inspite of the song & artist name being mentioned properly in the song's tags. 2. Each time I have to manually set the name & artist & search to get to the lyrics. 3. There's an option of editing tags of songs individually which doesn't work at all. Why keep it when it doesn't work? None of these have been fixed ever since.

I found the UX easy to get lost in, couldn't find ways to make it not play all my voicemails as audio files, struggled to make it just randomly shuffle music (it kept playing the same two files over and over again), and it set random pictures from my default photos app as album art willy-nilly. I couldn't find a way to change them back even through some tedious manual process. Some of this app was made with clear thought and I loved those parts. But the others were frustrating enough that I'm not keeping this app longer than two days.

I love the interface, this is the winner in my opinion at music players. Suggestion though.... I don't like how it plays a sequence, what I mean is, it still plays an already played song, and doesn't give a chance for songs still to be played. It should repeat the playlist when all songs have been played. Hope you get what I mean, not exactly sure what you call that

A few inconveniences I immediately noticed using this app: 1) there's no option to change font size. In smaller phones, with such small font, it's impossible to touch the correct spot everytime 2) when swiping left through the menu bar(the one with songs and albums), it automatically goes to the main menu bar (the one with settings and equilizer). 3) an option to import playlist would be helpful 4) when choosing fonts or animation, it'd be much better if there are samples displayed. It annoys to check each font by restarting the app. I will continue to use the app. If there are more problems, I will be sure to leave another feedback post.

The app was cool and all, especially the previous versions. However, when I recently updated mine, adds showed up. Tons of em. It's really not much harm but it just repeatedly bugs us from time to time. Also sometimes, users love to screenshot their music player and playlists, because of the ads, it's just not the same anymore. Please consider.

It's a great app and tbh one of the best looking music app today :) Just a slight problem with the responsiveness of the app. Sometimes it bugs out and hate it when you try to search an artist or album you have, eventhough you typed the correct song/album/artist, it won't show most of the time. Regarding the equalizers and how you can play around with it is pretty solid. Overall, a great music app if you could look pass it's minor problems :D [3/5]

Great app, love the features but wish it could do some stuff better - the timer needs to be better for amount of time, not to when to turn off. I wish the app had more themes for the actual app and I ran into some issues with I try to select multiple songs to put into a playlist, it says it worked but my play list is empty still. Otherwise keep up the great work!

Absolutely love this player, smooth UI, the online streaming feature is awesome, lyrics are fantastic, the find the sing feature is a brilliant addition. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the equaliser, it just doesn't work. I click the different sound modes and it doesn't change anything. Sometimes when I manually try to change the equaliser it distorts big time. Hopefully a future update will fix and will give 5 stars

Very nice UI. One bug though, whenever I clear the app from recents and start again, swiping right doesn't take me to settings, identity songs list. I have to manually tap top left 3 dots to go there. After that I can swipe right for the same action until I close the app. Other thing is that it doesn't seem to apply my equaliser settings, I am using sony xperia device. Last thing is I can't go forth and back on song while I have paused the music.

Wanted to give 5 stars but guess I wanted your attention. The player is awesome, just that it has a little stability problems sometimes. For example the now playing song displayed in the bottom suddenly disappeared once. Restarting the app fixed it. Then when I was streaming a song online, the now playing screen hanged up and wasn't responsive. So had to restart the app. Then a rather weird thing, cleaning the cache from android's settings removes the home screen background that I set, every time. I am using Oneplus 5t, android oreo. Hope you could fix it. I'll change my review to 5 stars 😉. Thanks for keeping the app free and ad free by the way. 👍🏻 Even after updates, the bugs I had reported haven't been fixed. The background still goes blank when I clear cache from settings.

Everything is awesome about this app except two things. Please fix those issues and I would rate it 5 stars. That issue is scrolling. The scrolling out right doesn't work sometimes and is kinda laggy. Second is the pause/play button doesn't work sometimes. It happens randomly on different songs. Please fix. This app is really artistic and awesome other that these issues

First of, thank you for creating such a simple but very creative music player. As a graphic designer, I really appreaciate the selection of very clean and modern serif fonts (I love Caviar Dreams and Quicksand). Like another reviewer mentioned, if you can allow the users to adjust the font size. Maybe because I am still new to this app, but it is quite hard to scroll down from a list of 300+songs. Again, if you could implement a slider that the users can use to freely scroll through. One other thing is maybe an option where the users can organize the tabs rather then having the default tabs (ex. songs/albums/artists). Love what this app presents so far, I can't wait for the future updates :).

Ever since the last correction from my last rating, i was very satisfied with the correction, but there is now a new recurring situation where the music does not continue after a video plays on any of my social media like with other mysic players. The music also tends to reset. Example: I watch a video on instagram or youtube and my muwic pauses (all is good), but, after the video ends, the music doesnt continue and i have to open the player again. I can't click play. I must start the song over

Really nice player, I appreciate the lyric viewer and customizations. Everything runs smooth except while my screen is off in shuffle mode, sometimes the end of song will have too long of a gap between or just stop all together. I could do without the online tab altogether, not everyone likes popular music. But, I understand the reason for it being there.. I just wish I could at least move it beyond my songs and album tabs. Once these things are adressed I'll update my review edit: yeah, confirmed: in shuffle mode the music just turns off afterawhile unless you touch the screen periodically. 😑

Musicana Music Player is a great music app. The app is very modern looking and user friendly. The new update is very useful and satisfying but I didn't like only one thing of the update and that's the animation of album art in the first now palying screen. It's kinda wierd and doesn't match. Overall it's a very good app and I would appreciate if u guys remove the animation in the future updates.😅👍

Hi Devs, I really appreciate your music player app. It is by far the coolest due to its customizable features. Although I gave it a 4 Star Rating because the play button has a boxed shadow everytime I tap it. It does not affect the music playability, it's just kind of bothering to see a small flaw on the play button design. But again, your music player is the best. So I still thank you for this. 😎

musicana is an app with great potential, especially for a completely free app!! there are some features that could be touched up on, like widgets and the folder filter, but ofc these can be worked on later playback is smooth, but sometimes when im playing music without any feedback, the app crashes (this could be my own phone's fault, though) im likely to stick with musicana for a while, and if the developers of the app have any way i could donate to them so they can continue work on this phenomenal player!
