Import/Export:You can open sheet music or midi files using several options: Open directly from device.Open from Dropbox.Open from internet by entering/pasting the desired url or just searching inside app’s browser.To open the app using Dropbox you need it to be installed on your computer and device. Get one of the FORTE trial versions on our website to immediately start writing scores and sending them to your mobile device.
The Dropbox integration allows you to share your compositions with friends and other musicians. You can also open FORTE Reader files (.fnfm) from other sources like local drive.

Excellent! I took a risk and paid for the pro upgrade. At last I have a notation software that works well on my Samsung S7+ tablet. I can create scores there and send musicxml files by Gmail to finish off on my PC. Nice!
This app is really good considering it's free. It has the essential features covered. It has many instruments and allows different volumes for each part. However, the header and notification bar takes up the screen when not playing and the volume screen is a bit clunky (scrolling isn't locked to x and y axis). I've also noticed that the arpeggios are too slow by default. Maybe there's a setting for it. I feel that it also drains battery (not sure). Edit: midi works now.
I tried opening the app, it tells me to subscribe to premium. After agreeing to subscribe to newsletter, it took me back to the app start page. In a word, it's not opening. I'm uninstalling till you guys fix the problem
Must someone buy the premium before he can use the App? I wasted my data to download?
None of my .xml files open. It used to work before, so I guess an update screwed everything.
This app is exactly what I needed. I write on my pc and listening while reading on the go
I could not find a way to open the editor without pay. This is why I promptly uninstalled this !!!!
Will open local files but will not open external files from storage.
Doesn't support simple sheets in Jpeg, Gif or PNG 🙁 Pretty useless for me

Useless for me. It doesn't import chord symbols and other symbols such as rhythm notation symbols "/" slash bars.
Works in landscape only, so you have to choose - would you be playing or scrolling. Pointless.

I would get the pro version but the library is too basic. There is no search function and I can't create set lists. This makes it unsuitable for gigs for me, I can't waste time on stage scrolling through a library of 100+songs. Could you add these functions please? I would absolutely buy the pro version if it had this as it has everything else I need; transposition, viewing individual instrument parts.
