Must lets you rate, review and track movies and TV shows, connect with your friends, manage a movie wish list and discover movies and series tailored to your individual taste. With built-in machine learning and AI, explore a new truly personal Must Match movie rating system, based on ratings of other users with exactly the same taste as you.
Start your experience by creating and managing two movie lists: the movies you’ve watched and the movies you want to watch. When a movie is marked “watched”, you can rate it, write a short review of it and share it with friends. When a movie is marked “wanted”, our movie tracker will let you know when it becomes available.
A home page will greet you with the list of most trending movies, recommended specifically for you films, as well as those movies that are currently playing in theatres. All movies and series available on Google Play offer a direct link for your convenience. Watch the latest trailers or get inspired with a movie suggestion by checking film collections curated by Must editors.
An activity feed provides relevant account activity as well as keeps you informed about movies and series your friends have watched or want to watch.
Your personal profile summarizes your watching activity, provides you with a social rank within Must and equips you with cool insights on your favourite actors and filmmakers, among other stats.
Connect with friends and other movie buffs outside of the app, with a public profile link (mustapp.com/@username), which you can share with them on social media. Direct linking is also enabled for any specific movie or series you’d like to recommend.

Kudos to the designers and developers! This app is so pleasurable to use. Love it! Suggestions: - It would be great if I could discard some items like movies I absolutely don't want to watch so they wouldn't appear anymore. - Once I'm in the 'related movies' section it's not possible to hold the thumbnail to quick add it to a list but that would be super useful.
The UI is really nice, easy to use and understand but it's missing some important features for me. Theming (specially a true dark mode for OLED phones), email sign-up, a calendar for when shows and movies air and Trakt.tv sync and support are a must (excuse the pun) for me to change to this one exclusively, since I already use another app that covers all of the above.
Recently, I don't understand what's changed but this app has its certain up and down time now. Sometimes it doesn't load anything at all. Everything shows "0" no matter how many times you restart the app. Then after some hours it starts working, which is really a hassle. Also there are no push notifications on new episodes being available or on the new upcoming movie I put in "Want". There's no export system either, meaning if the app shuts down, all your watched and unwatched data is gone.
The two of many advantages this app has to offer is stunning minimal UI design and huge database of movies and series. Although app is great I still gave it a 4 stars because it lacks a sync system and you need to manually import database. It would be nice to have a sync system that will do the following let's say we rate some movie on must and it automatically rates it on IMDB with the same grade we gave it on must app. To sum up this app is awesome, but the lack of sync system is starkiller.
Beautiful app, very nice eye-candy. I can finally have my movie list in front of me with amazing posters that deserve to be there. Some of the issues are: - no home button for quick access, when scrolling through films and recommendations you sometimes wander far away, and there's no way you can get back to your page right away. Android does not have a share button? Otherwise quite unique and pleasant
This is the review for those haven't tried this app yet. Although you can get new movie and series recommendations and you can even add them to your wishlist or watched but do not expect anything else, do not expect regular updates... Cause I've been myself waiting for more then 2 ¹\² year. There are lots of bugs. And even though the UI is clean it doesn't support dark mode. It's movie search engine doesn't work well. The ranking system which I'm kinda fan of, also doesn't work well.
It is the worst app for a new user, as you constantly have to deliberately pick one movie at the time, no group adding of related movies and sequels. There is also a Problem with freezing keyboard that pops out when you search, it blocks whole screen and you can not remove it. Aghhhh
Exactly what I was looking for! Great app! A suggestion to the devs: please add a home button so that we don't have to press the back button for an infinite number of times to return to the home screen. People tend to fall into movie holes (like google holes), you know?
This is the app i was looking for. Clean interface, Nice recommendations of Tv shows and Movies. But one thing stills bugs me that there is no filters option . Yes , there is collection option but they have limited number of tv shows/Movies. Please provide filter option i will definitely drop 5 stars for that.
Great idea for an app, with lots of potential. But it seems like Android doesn't have the same options as IOS, the main one being: there is no option to share movies with followers, even within the app itself. Hope this gets fixed soon
nice app, cool design, but it's really slow at updating the pages. i hope in the future you can add an option to search films and series in two language, often happens that in my language the title is different from english, and i have to search it on internet.
I really like the app. It helps manage my movies. There are some bugs, I sometimes encounter just a white screen. You can't hold on a movie in related movies section to add it to want or watched. What I want; • Improve suggestions in 'For You' section. • Notify me atleast one movie once a day. • The way Must is designed, it demands a dark mode. • Rotten Tomatoes' ratings are available for like 20% of the movies, add them for every movie/series. Thanks for the app. Please update the app.
Should have a notification pop up via mobile so you get told when a show has new episodes and movies come out. Some videos don't work. Otherwise great clean looking and easy app to use. Good Word !
Amazing App, Great UI , Sections and Categories are very well organized, BUT I CAN'T benefit of all of these, because my movie-data is Trakt-based ! So we need this ESSENTIAL support to benefit of your Amazing Platform, we wish you take our reviews in consideration as soon as possible, and a Dark Mode Support too would be amazing, it'll be very appreciated. The best app for tv/cine-philes. Once you pour in your watchlist, watched-list and your want-list: it starts to curate specific recommendations that will make you go into your bedsheets and start gouging on those content that time becomes an illusion. There's also this friends, you can follow, compare your tastes and all that stuff. Another interesting part is statistics where your favourite actors and directors are displayed based on your watchlist. NEEDED:seperate SVoD section and dark theme.
its perfect. just there is one thing that if it would be there its gonna be awesome. we dont have an specific part for our favorit actors with a few information of them or mybe some news. or at least a list of our favorites that we can follow their movies without every time searching them and keep them in our list.pls consider this.thnx.
Amazing app! Beautiful and comfortable to use! I wish there was a "given up" feature for TV shows & episodes, to mark things I down want to watch anymore, but still want to have theme in my library.
Love it, but... wish it synced with Trakt and also wished it Incorporated more streaming services to play movies/TV shows from like it does now with Amazon, Vudu, etc and would add Hulu, YouTube Tv, Philo, fubo, etc. I would pay a lifetime fee or a very small monthly if it did.
In my watched list, im unable to sort movies by my rating. Also initially when i visit my friend page I used to get my rating n his rating for movie on corners of the cards in watched list, but this has gone. Other than this app is fab!!!
the app is very perfect and very helpful, but it has problem with android version the problem is ( I can't access to the cast and crew). this problem won't happen in iOS version
This app has the potential to be the best out there. However, it's currently unstable, buggy, has way too simple ui and the details about movies and shows don't give that much info
Great app. Helped a lot for searching and managing movies and series. But after some time the insights of most watched actor stopped from refreshing.
The concept of this app is pretty neat. But, it has many technical problems. For example, after watching shows, I keep checking them on this app but in the insights section, it does not add to the 'hours spent on series', which is one of the major reason I use the app. I hope this bug is fixed because without it, there is pretty much no reason left to use MUST.
