Initially I was concerned that they ask my Gmail access, however the team showed the courtesy to call me and explain in detail about the purpose of it, so all good .... Overall I liked the UI and the fact that they offer variety of investment options like invoice , green and offer direct MFs ...
I am not able to import the cams pdf it is asking to refer some one in contact after doing still its asking to do same , and there's not option to go back,
App is has great UI with informative with detail reports. I am not sure issue is with me or app lacks this feature, i imported my Kervey pdf and app loads all MF but app not updating daily Changes as per market. if this is is not there then app is lagging behind another popular apps Edit: it seems to be updating , but it would be better if we also mentioned last sync date and the amount Change. you are alrrady showing %, so you can deduce this as well. its easery to use comprehend data.
The UI is very nice and the application is very unique. I find it very helpful. But it lacks many features like in which companies the mutual fund has holding, there os mo option to calculate the investment. These small features will really add value to Orowealth.
Amazing app. I hav been investing in multiple platforms over years and didn't have a consolidated view of all my holdings. Oro app provides a consolidated view of all my holdings and an excellent analysis of my portfolio. Great support team as well.
Easily the best app for investing. Easy to use and investor friendly and the team provides instaant support in case of any doubts. Never experienced such a quick service to setup SIP in less than 2 mins. Great!
Good UI, clean funds. Though if there is an provision to see all the 1y, 3y and 5y return in the main screen itself below each fund without going into each fund will be helpful. Good insights, customer service response for queries inside the app is good.
Very poor experience. inspite of repeatedly sending the portfolio pdf to orowealth, my portfolio is still partially updated. tried to upload the CAS file generated on through oro and it shows error while uploading. havw written to customer care but nothing has been done. very poor customer service.
My actual investment market value and the portfolio value is showing a mismatch. Any failed transaction is also getting added to the portfolio value resulting in faulty representation of the Portfolio.
Please add in setting option to manage font size of the app. And finger print locking system.
Full of bugs, sorry state of Oro, looks like development team is not competent....
Unable to cancel SIPs. App crashes frequently. No option to edit SIPs. Sometimes SIP data is not accurate.
they were both technical and managrial glitchs, but very responsive they solved in less then 30 min of posting the problems, hope it will grow fast being a custmer centric and very posative approach. all the best team.
Real time data is not getting updated. Even after auto-update initiated got confirmation message ur profile is update, the actual data does not matches with the invested amout for the SIPs. I was getting 1 month old data.
They have charged me without any notification or consent for oro momentum basket subscription which is completely useless. Please cancel the subscription and refund the amount. Cheat company. Dont trust this app. Even reached their COO. They are not even responding timely.
I found this app extremely convenient to use as it saves a lot of time and effort. One can start a SIP as well as cancel it from the app itself.
Very poor app . I want to do sip and start investing but failure rate of transaction is very high . After many attempts I m successfully in one sip but after 4 days it's not show ur investment moreover they not provide any good customer support to customers. Very pathetic app and service . I just want to leave this platform and try some one else. Very disappointed support.

Mutual funds investments is so easy and straightforward in this app. UI is user-friendly and even a new investor can easily understand everything related to mutual funds as all required information is available in the app. CAS pdf analysis and detailed reports generation is such a good feature.
Nonsense with writing small tnc part while subscribing towards Oro stock they one time charged 3000 and now it is being charged quarterly. To get rid of any compliance issue they sent a mail that was due to bulk mails sent to junk and couldn't trace the mail on time and was charged 3000/- again . on contacting they denied to cancel and refund 3000/- as they sent a mail and I subscribed as per them. Only mail , No messaging communication or Call could have been done. it's with malafide intention
One suggestion is to show daily gain of portfolio value in absolute number along with percentage. As sometimes percentage is difficult to interpret. Thank you for this beautiful app....

I am searching for a Mutual fund only platform with nice UI, as i never mix my investment of stocks and mutual fund. Then I found this app, good UI, but very much concern about security and privacy. As i opted for invoice discounting, they ask for e-aadhar, etc documents, but I am concern will it be safe, if security lapse happen, i warn you, i will not take it lightly and immediate legal action would be taken against your company.
