The response time of the team is quite fast and the app is lightweight and simple to use. Would have been nice if the app had biometric login option and shows the portfolio summary at login instead of having to click around to get to it. Perhaps the consolidated portfolio review report (currently sent via email) could be made available within the app so the investment and review is doable all on phone.

Unfortunately the app has closed session expired very worst experience downloaded be seeing rating but the app is useless doesn't opens up niether do anything it force closes as soon as I click add details Update: The developer fixed the app in real time basis within the day of reporting very satisfied and called me 2 times for testing the app Good work all developer's should be so much focussed in their professional work
This app has an interesting feature called Dynamic SIP. Did not find this option in any other app. Because of Dynamic SIP, I did not have any loss when share markets fell almost 20% in last 1-2 months. Also overall customer service is great!
I am a housewife, I am using this app since 2 yrs now, 1st I was not able to save money as it has been used in home expenses, but after using this app with Savings+ option I am savings my money and even generating returns on them. Also the app interface is soo easy and simple that, no need to get confused also very strong support team for solving my problems and doubts in seconds. Awesome experience so far. Really good interface showing relevant information (not too much clutter). Other apps seemed to have more charts and graphs but that made me feel as if I was taking an exam.
Awesome experience! I was facing a technical issue and posted it in their chat system. Within a few minutes, the issue was resolved. As an Indian customer, I am not used to good customer service that does not require repeated follow ups.
To me this is "The Best" team in the MF industry in India. Based on my experience, the personal guidance they provide cannot be compared with others. After downloading 3 other mutual fund apps in India, I saw that this app is not showing any graph, charts etc. The others had more financial jargons which may be good for a few. However, I like the simplicity of the app as I want quick transaction and I don't want to take Statistics exam :-)
Its an awesome app, first 1 was keeping my savings in bank which was only giving me 3.5% interest which was also deducted by sms and debit card charges, but when i saw this app and used Savings+ the returns got double. I can easy manage my house expenses and invest anytime and withdraw anytime. They have very powerful support team which answers your query instantly. I highly recommend this app to everyone.
This app is easier to use than other apps with complicated graphs and charts. The Finance team provides very good guidance. Dynamic SIP has given more than 12% return in last 1 year.
The app was asking for bank account details and I was not ready to share my details. So I contacted the in-app chat support. They explained that it is required to setup a default bank for receiving money during withdrawal. I thought that was fair and they seemed trustworthy as they are SEBI regulated.
There are many apps and it is difficult to trust, especially with money. I saw that this mutual fund app in India had the highest rating. Also more than 1 lac people had used. However, the main confidence came when I did some transactions and understood that money is directly going to Mutual Fund Houses. I think they are using a secure platform from BSE.
Amazing app. Very easy to use. The Dynamic SIP concept was initially difficult to understand. but after using for 6 months, I know the logic and benefits.
I tried myCAMS mutual fund app and there was no option to get any customer support. Then I tried Paytm Money with no response from customer support. Paytm Care does not care as many of you may have already experienced. CashRich was a welcome change with the fastest response and easily accessible chat support from the app.
Please improve app by modifying UPI payment modes all the ways

CashRich is a good mutual fund app. The design elements can be more modern but that is less of a concern. More important is the quality of advice and selection of schemes so that money grows consistently. That is where this app outperforms the others.
App is simple and useful. Transactions were tracked perfectly. If we want to see graph for any mutual fund, we need to check it separetly. Including feature like All-time high / low near NAV may help the user to buy / sell MF .
I would really recommend this app for mutual fund investments. The concept of the Dynamic SIP is unique and I'm getting more returns than the normal SIP. I really appreciate the customers support team for their great service. Great job guys 👍

Dynamic SIP is a confusing concept in the beginning. I tried it for 3 months and now get the logic. It is really good because it diversifies my investments and helps to earn high returns.
