Customer friendly and interactive interface. Overall experience was great and kudos to the full team of this application. Customer support is awesome. very easy to understand interface and its small details is covered and will explain in the application.
Pathetic app. Not able to login showing invalid client details even after the password and client id is correct. Do something about it

Earlier design was very good as pie chart was there and for every information a separate page was there but this time everything is messed up. Pathetic design. First IIFL design was horrible and now mutual fund. Don't know who is the designer of this app and who is approving the design. Before uploading any design pls give dummy design for checking user interface whether it's user friendly or not.
Painful tool. During market hour not able to login at all. It always says unable to contact the server. Respective team should increase the servers capacity and load. Even when tried after market hours though the login is quick but option in digital gold never bothered to respond.

Facing problem from last 2-3 days, unable to open this app
Thank to Omkar from IIFL support for providing quick resolution.I was able to redeem the funds. Five Star Rating for the quick support provided. There is no one to help, when you are stuck. Phone support are good for nothing, they ask to send mail and nobody bothers to respond to mails even after multiple follow-ups. I have a mutual fund which i am neither able to sell or switch and this js going on from last 3 months.
Customer service is poor, I have been using this app for few months, raised few queries on my orders but all of them closed without any resolution or call back. Representatives call you promptly only while opening the account after that you can't reach customer care and even if leave a chat message you don't get a resolution back.
Improve the investment amounts and present value accuracy. And there are too much options and those option are confusing. Make it concise.
I don't know what's the error but sometimes it shows different value and now it is showing 1/2 of the amount invested. Very bad UI.
very bad application and organisation also i have purchased some funds worth of 30000/- after one week also it was not showing in my portfolio. contacted to chat support in app now it was not opening to chat more ... superb service by bloody organisation After sending email also there is no use its very bad u have taken three weeks but no use

UI is pathetic. The way the tiles are arranged is not good. It's hard to use this app. Lot of unnecessary information and u will find it difficult to use the basic necessities here
It's should provide notification for upcomming SIP and also each action taken inside app. App should be realtime sync special for mutual fund it seems take 3 days to refrsh and show MF investment why? It doesn't have all options too like consolidation of mutual funds IIFL seems not bother much what is happening in mutual fund via this app since last review of people too not addressed.
The customer care service is very useful and kind and helpful. Staff of this application is always ready to help their customer whenever they need them and they are very active always.
App is good and easy but customer care service is worst. I have cancelled my sip since 25 days ago and haven't recieved my money back as they said will get ur money in 3 working days. And now I am trying to connect them and they are not recieving my phone
it very worse type of experience with this app ,this app's chat section is meant for what,if there is no one to help then why it is there, IIFL service is very bad ,already i m having accountfrom 4 months ,from last 2 months the ammount is deducting from my account n it is not invested,the ammount is lying in laser, i m talking to ur PRO since last so many days n still my problem is not solved , i m getting doubt of this app is fraud, my recommondation donot ever try this app n IIFL
improvment is needed. should provide simple option for SIP modification i.e. increase or decrease SIP. Also consolidation of fund option missing. many folio number creared for same fund cant consolidte through app. SIP amount shoulb stop, increase or decrease option should be must.
App interface is worst , must upgrade as per other compititors in a market .Please take it on a serious note as it's difficult to understand for new invesers in market. Invested sips are not shown in details, as per changes in sensex .too many errors in iifl app .
Worst experience, finger unlocking ain't working and even though if I give correct password it's showing incorrect password and every time I need to reset password
