I have updated the app but still not able to open it after opening a pop-up is again and again popping to update
I downloaded the app recently and I think its a good app for new investors especially but i would like to know, why the news letter column has stopped updating. Furthermore, if you could reduce the time gap between investment and portfolio upgradation, that would be appreciable. I also feel there is a scope of improvement in App UI. Thanks 😊
Lack of expertise in the subject should not keep you from making good investments, get desired results and see your money grow - and Tarrakki sees to that. Very convenient, informative, well-planned, secure, and one of the most appealing interfaces I have come across. Most Fantastic App available on playstore. Gives you a handholding approach for investing. User interface is very simple and easy to use. No commisions involved. Tarrakki zyada scheme is also one differentiang scheme provided by them. The team in involved is really professional and experienced in the industry. All and all a big yes for the app if you are planning to start investing or if you are already investing.

Won't say false about the app but can't hide the truth as well. This app has really simplified my investment opportunities and is worth using it. The debit card linked feature is really unique in itself.
Although I invest app, I have to go export this invest portfolio through MyCams and view a properly updated graphical representation of my investment. This app is very basic, not user friendly and doesnt allow you to pay through debit card or through UPI. Payment is through NEFT/Netbanking. Half the time, it keep giving a pop up window saying "Something went wrong. Please try again in some time." You're supposed to be a bank grade app which is convenient foe the user. Very amateurish app.

Improvements: -------------------- It would be good if they can provide the web version as well. Import MF portfolio Reaching customer care via phone should be improved.

Whenever I am opening the app it's saying update the app. When I click on update there is no new update available in the play store. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Yes, I would definitely recommend that and one of the main reason is Debit card linked to the mutual fund. No other app in India provides that. It’s a very unique feature they are providing.
Need lot of improvement in app Gui.. daily profit of portfolio per fund is not provided in portfolio.. no way to sort the transaction per fund... All transactions are just thrown in one place... We should be able to see all transactions when we select any previously bought fund..trying their pro service to see hw much efective it is.. liked the goal based fund suggestions...
It is much better and user friendly app than it's competitors. I was using other apps before for mutual funds but I shifted here for debit card and found it extremely helpful than others.

It's a great app and very user friendly. Their weekly newsletter are very informative and the Tarrakki Zyada scheme is very different. Best thing about this app is one can invest as low as Rs. 100. Also the team is very involved and helpful.
After downloading the app, when I tried registering through Mobile Number, it's showing HTTP error while generating OTP. Later when I tried again then it shows that ID is already registered . The app isn't functioning properly.
Good,but in this app invest and redeem buttons are only available. Switch button is missed.pl take action to provide switch button so as to switch whenever neccessity arises.
Seemless experience. Quick and responsive customer support. The app still has a room for improvement. But, I am sure it will improve as the company grows. I will keep supporting. I have been sharing some feedback about the app with the team and will keep doing it.
