Full of bugs, not able to use and update anything.
Super BUGGY app, I have ever used. Last time I did redemption, app showed, error but redemption did happen. Now I did purchase, after all bank transfer and all, it shows transaction error. Called customer care, confirmed transaction is successful. So pathetic the app is. Time to uninstall and forget permanently...
Such useless app. When I tap on scheme name is is not showing any names in list. How one can check Investment details. I thought icici is good option to invest. But when I checked their service i feel I did mistake. Same with your web app also. Slowness is Icici pru's great quality.
10-March-2021 I got respons from customer support to use IPRUTOUCH App. 8-March-2021 After installing app, the first screen is asking to invest. Throws up a screen with blanks; no drop down option to select the fund; up on clicking the text box, app hangs up; no menu option; Installed 3 times and uninstalled, but no luck. The device being used and Android OS are latest. Clueless.... Just wondering whether the app is tested at all before loading it on to Google Playstore for public usage.
Does not work, don't waste time with this app. First page is displaying folio details. Try selecting any scheme, it just shows blank screen. This was a valid folio and i can see all details via browser.
Useless app schema name is not populating
Stuck in same folio no..does not give options to redeem ...faltu app..stuck in same page..not helpful...provably they dont want us to redeem our investments.. Still unable to view redeem my investments even after updating the app...stuck in same folio...what a waste of time...
Good concept but poor execution. Most transactions run into error messages or failures, but bank transactions are still carried out in the background. Invariably needs follow up with customer service team to credit the redemption or retrieve the debited amounts. Needs major technical improvement.
My experience with this app is awesome. I have invested my money multipes times and there was no issue at all. Overall is good for easy to use. This app is easy to navigate and secure app to check the status of invested liquid mutual funds.
Worst app not showing MF scheme details fully .this is not user friendly.
Too buggy it seems. It doesn't let me enter any scheme details. It just freezes when it tries to open the drop-down menu in the Scheme Name
Unable to login to app successfully even after submitting otp
This app is waste, once you login it will remain stuck to edit page with portfolio details and broker. There's no drop down coming for scheme or any other info. I am wondering who have done unit testing of this application, it seems like they launched the app without GUI testing. I think you need to hire good developers and testers 🙂.
I am very glad with the experience I had here. I am using this app for more than a year, and I find their service very good, some misunderstandings happened due to mutual fund mistakes, but they helped me very well and responded very quickly to help me as earliest as they can. Not getting anything in scheme dropdown, and I can see from old reviews that this problem is there from last month. Still not fixed. This app is to be used as per market trends and with such stupid issues peopele can loose money. This needs to be fixed.
Basic functions like login and view data doesn't works properly. Very very bad & confusing application. Even doesn't deserve 1 start rating.
Good for nothing. Elaborate=Read all other reviews. I still gave it a try, this app is non-functional does not show any existing holdings/ schemes in the portfolio. Of what use is this app if it can't fulfill the basic and core function.
worst app and worst customer support. I tried to create a account everything went well till i deposit money then the app stopped working now i am not able to either login or create account. I dnt know where my money is? there call back option is useless...from morning their customer support is busy
App doesn't work properly. It shows loading button everytime and says this scheme doesn't exist error. And we are not able to edit the scheme as it auto updates.
Pathetic .. the application is so customer unfriendly & does not navigate.. It asks for Goddamn details like broker name, scheme name Scheme options ! .. Who remembers such stuff as the investments are quite old.. ? Navigating should be seamless with basic inputs of mobile no/ OTPs & PAN . Icici should learn from other AMCs Apps! We get complete summary of MF portfolio with such an ease with other AMCs!
Easy to use app with nice user interface. It realy works with and it is a good way to invest easy and fast. Great to start investing in liquid funds.
Stuck with default option waste of time , it does not provide option to invest in our mutual funds liked to our folio. Lost the faith planning to transfer to another platform. Already same issue has been logged in previous comments. Still not fixed that shows ur sincerity and commitment
Lousy app with functionality quite atrocious and fidgety. Got stuck in default options that are discontinued and providing no way out of the app. Please fix it.
This app will certainly win the award of the silliest investment app. Request management to revamp the app, forget being intuitive, you can not achieve your required objective even after trying for a day.
