It's annoying to only see 3-4 profiles before being told that there aren't anymore matches. It would also be nice to be able to go back and look at people I've liked so that I could try and send a message or something; sometimes I'm just not ready to say "hi" right off the bat, but don't want to lose the profile, either. Doesn't help that I keep seeing the same profiles over and over again, even the ones I've swiped down on before. Might as well settle into my spinsterhood, I guess :/
Nothing but problems. Messages disappear, popups block viewing your matches telling you you don't have any, yet they are right behind the popup. Very frustrating and support doesn't do anything but tell you they can't see any issues. Edit: Recent issues have been fixed but now there are more problems and I don't receive ANY notes anymore.
The App has lots of bugs and technical issues. It's very disfunctional. The app should be remove from the google play store. I lost access to my account. The App would not grant me access to my account when I tried to log in using my phone number. I reach out to technical support and after two months, they were not able to fix the problem. I paid $14.99 for a defective app service. I'm trying to get a refund now.
Used to have it a long time ago, worked great. Redownloaded it and it won't let me log in. Gets stuck on a loading screen permanently. It's not bad connection cause everything else on my phone is loading fast and normal.
They want you to pay to use the app and the price is way high. They say "we add a swipe limit to make the matches higher quality" ok then why don't you put a limit on paid members as well? Oh thats right, because its not really about the "quality" of matches, its about money. If they really cared about quality they would only put a limit on upswipes, you end up down swiping a ton anyways so your "generous" daily swipe limit consists of 4 up swipes and 80 down swipes. free app is disappointing
Adding a swiping limit is a bad move, limiting the options people have is fruitless if it drives people away from using your app. It can't improve the quality of conversations if people are looking elsewhere.
Ever since they updated it, and changed the layout of the app it has been SUPER glitchy. The app has always had its problems, but lately it keeps swiping up on people who I didn't actually swipe up on and it's a serious problem. I can only look at three or four profiles before the app freezes and shuts down. I'll change my review if they fix it, as I've had multiple relationships come from this app, but right now the app is almost unusable.
I've used the app in the past and had no complaints, but the current profile layout is a jumbled mess. It's difficult to use and has a very cluttered feel. Plus, you can no longer flick away a profile once you've clicked into it, and instead have to tap a close button. It's just not a good user experience at all.
just wish I could see more than 3 or 4 profiles before the whole thing stops loading. not as fun as it used to be, sad that you have to pay for everything, even loading your own profile is a struggle and doesn't have a good format. however, I do like the way it looks and more options to fill your bio (even tho it's hard to get out of on someone else's profile). I'd rather watch an add to unlock features than pay any day.
The idea of the app is great, but it's functionality is terrible. The app says I have people who have liked me but I can't seem them unless I pay (which I've done in the past and it wasn't worth the cost) but the people who liked me never show up as profiles for me to like or not. If they did, then why wouldn't they clear from the liked me section.
Yeah. Not impressed. I think the prices are completely unreal and greedy. $14 a week for the upgraded version? Sheesh. How shallow can you get? I'm all for companies doing what they need to do to make money, but this is a whole new level of greed. The free version would be all fine, except the most recent update limits how many "swipes" you can do each day. Unless, that is, you have the premium version (again, $14 a week). I really can't say many good things about this app.
App says people liked me and says there's no one who matches my criteria. And the criteria definitely does match. Selected the right age range and global range. App just seems to be withholding matches for some reason.
This app used to be great. However, they recently got greedy, and decided to basically copy Tinder. You now have just a few limited swipes a day unless you pay for the monthly membership. Poor choice. The app feels like just another money grab every time you turn around now. 😒 Ruined it.
Total waste of time. Do not invest time unless u r willing to spend. All the profiles are showing up from the USA., even when you select neighbouring cities. alle Profile kommen aus USA obwohl ich nur nähe von mir ausgewählt habe.
Latest update has rendered this app unusable for me. Kind of surprised nobody else seems to bring this up, guess it's just me. Profiles simply never load no matter how long I wait. If I adjust my search settings I see only one profile then straight back to loading circle. App worked just fine before. UPDATE: App was supposedly updated but still ceases to load any profiles. Cannot possibly recommend this app in it's current state; it remains unusable.
Going down hill. Was a nice "service" at first. Then they got greedy, raised the prices, removed free filters, and implemented a limited number of daily swipes. And there are ads! Why would you ever restrict a person from using your app? Hit my swipe quota early in the day, and now have to wait until tomorrow to use the app again. LAME!!
Its a great app.. But its really annoying the way messages are left unreplied… lots of person complain about this… please the developers of this app.. Should move for an upgrade and delete accounts that are not active… its not encouraging at all
The app doesn't work. I've reached out to Mutual support and I'm lucky to get a timely response. I have the eternal loading screen. The worst part is when I do finally receive a response from support it's a different person everytime and they aren't aware of the situation so I have to repeat myself over and over instead of them just reading the previous conversations and making a suggestion from that. This prevents any solution from being reached.
