Mutual of Omaha Bank is fantastic... This app on the other hand is one of the absolute worst banking apps I have ever encountered. You never know if any of the numbers are correct and up to date. The balances you see on the overview page rarely matches the balances on the account pages. Nothing is in real time. It's 2019 not 1998... get it right already!!
Once I figured out there's a difference between the CIT Bank Online app and the CIT Bank Branch app, I was able to get into the mobile app; however, I should be able to access the other app as well but they can't seem to update something as simple as my outdated phone numbers they converted from Mutual of Omaha that are well over 15 years old. I've called them more than 3 times. I refuse to invest anymore time. I don't put it all on CIT. While MofO Insurance is awesome, their banking vertical was the black sheep of the family. It's no wonder they sold it off (CIT was probably the entity dumb enough to take it on. I'm sure the MofO C's laughed all the way to the "bank")! 🏃♀️
kicks me out constantly used to work just fine until recently. called for help and the rep I spoke with was not helpful when I explained my issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and still doesn't work.
I'm in between liking and not liking this app. I have been trying all day to check on my account and the screen goes blank or goes back to the sign in screen. This is very annoying!
Update: can't get past the landing page. i can see my account info but if i click on anything else the screen goes blank.
Just like others have described the app will not load after entering the login credentials! In this day and age it is amazing that this bank refuses to correct the issue.
as soon as I log in it kicks me out. phone help not available on weekends or after banking hours so I was stuck with no access on a trip this last weekend. very frustrating!!!!
Wont load. No matter how good the internet, it refuses to load. I hate not being able to check my balance easily. This might make me change banks. I need that access.
Mutual of Omaha Bank is great. This app on the other hand is crappy. Been trying for days to see my balance and it wont load. I unistall and reinstall to no evail. Please fix.
Great bank, terrible app. Updates are days later, login is slow and most of the time I have to delete the app and download again for it to work.
Hello all, you can access your account through their website. The app has issues that will be resolved after an upgrade very soon.
This most comprehensive banking app I've had. Very honest. Balanced my accounts and showed me everything. Every step of the way
I love this app, except every once in awhile, lately it doesn't want to load. You just have to uninstall and reinstall.
Hate trying to pull up the statement. You have to put in so much information just to bring up a statement. It was so easy in the last application!
It used to run smoothly, now when I log in as soon as i attempt to enter one of my accounts the screen just goes white.
Launching app regularly results in a spinning icon. App requires reloading frequently to correct.
Almost always freezes during login. Have to then uninstall and reinstall the app.
app won't open. worthless. plan to uninstall and do my banking with my credit union. their app works great!
app will not open at all... newest os, new phone. uninstalled reinstalled WiFi 4g nothing... so... basically at this point this app is useless
the app opens to tell me my balance but wont open when i click on messages or etc. goes right back to log in page
Sometimes it locks up and wont open. I reinstall and works fine.
Updated app is great! The new remote deposit works so much more consistently.
The Mutual of Omaha app is easy to use. It updates your balance slower than the branch

it does what it needs to do 75% of the time. the rest of the time is just frustration with timeouts and having to force close because it fights between my authentication methods. most of the time I have to go to the mobile site through a browser to get in. it was great a few years ago then it got clunky. please fix it.
