Was working with an agent last year (Harvey) who at first was extremely awesome, helpful and responsive. Then nothing. It's not like we didn't try contacting him. We called, emailed & left tons of messages but got nothing in return. We even tried contacting his supervisor. Nothing with him, either. We also knew we were eligible for mortgage approval because once we gave up on them we went somewhere else & immediately was approved and closed on a house less than 6 months later.
Great customer service from my agent alot of help and general concern for any issues during app process and checks i by phone or text to let you know ges there every step of the way I would give my approval for anyone wanting honest results in a timely manner stand behind their name and products.

Mutual of Omaha is a fine old company, but I wish I could react with a local branch here in Maryland, it is hard to have to deal with anyone or any company in California when everything I need to fax or call is not local.

I happenef to get a rookie agent to re finance 2 rentals... office based in the Chicago area and he gave me some pretty bad financial advice that do not work out for me .. He ended up costing me $1500 for 2 appraisals ... when I REPEATEDLY insisted that he only try one property at a time ... that way I don't lose double ... but from his misguided advice instead of losing $750 I lost $1500 -- genius...

The instruction for the user is so confusing. As soon as the person or in the number, the verification should be in the same page and not text back or authenticate it by voice since you can record the conversation by voice in The less the customer good from one screen to the next when you authenticate the caller, the better or 2.
