Still freezes on logo screen when you open app. Cannot use app.
I've been with MSCU since 2015, just wish they had more drive through banking, especially on the weekend.
Very easy to use. A++, always up to date. Highly recommended.
My experience with them holding my funds is okay, what is hard to borrow money from a credit union. At least in my experience.
app has quit working, don't know what's wrong,

There are several things I like about the new app, however I don't like that the holds are now separated from the transaction list. It was easier to view and understand your balance when it was all on one page.
I shouldn't have to type my user name everytime i open app..click yes to remember my username and it don't work..then I have to do password on a separate screen. I dislike my holds are separate from transactions. And now that I updated it again the open goes to a blue screen with mscu on it and that is it. It won't open at all
You went backwards!!! The finger swipe login is now gone, I have to completely login to find a local branch. I dislike the new app very much. It added nothing over the previous version.

Wish I could access my bill pay feature through this app as well
This app disgust me. Why create it if the consumer can not use it smh
I can't sign up or sign in! I am enrolled in homebanking, but I still can't. I've even changed my username and password and tried using the new one's, but, still no luck!! It worked on my last phone, but not on my Samsung S3
It used to work, but now it's useless even after registering. Is anybody going to fix it?

Never experienced any issues with this app....I can view all accounts, make transfers, and exchange messages with the bank if I have an issue.
