Your app is very bad performance. It's too damn slow for loading. Nobody would like to use when they need to wait that long. Also I've done add Credit Card once already but when I open today, it ask me to add again? I hope u not build this app from ionic hybrid, native code is better. Thx.
I installed this app, but I never had a chance to the service. What annoyed me were the constant promotional push notifications (all in Khmer) and no way to disable them. There are other food delivery apps for Cambodia that don't constantly pester you with notifications, so I'll use them.
It's seem to be a nice app to order food. But can't non user go in and check what you have inside? For me, only when i like the user interface, I'll consider about being one of the member. I don't wanna put my phone number since i only want to check.
after update, the app only got more errors and unable to use. It continuously loading and the clicks aren't responsive.

I made an order and cancelled it a bit later. But they didn't refund my money back. Contacted them both email and FB Messenger, but no response nor action. Very poor customer service!!!!
Since the recent update, it's so slow for Android users. Hope Muuve can fix it ASAP. Much disappointed for the current version.
A lil bit dissapointed. Deliver a wrong food. The drivered can't talk english, when i ask ,they just hang up the phone. But, the deliver is fast.

Slow delivery service and can't contact to both driver and customer service. I ordered 2 coffees since 10:30am and now it's 12:30am and I still not yet get my drinks. 👎👎👎

Please add the restaurant that people requested. Thats what a delivery service is for: delivering food for people that cannot go n get themself. please.
My experience with the app has been great. Good UI/UX and no crashes so far. Proper location setting so the driver can easily navigate. My only gripe is the pricing. Some far places cost 2$ish? No problem. But when its about 1km from where i am and it cost almost 2$? Umm something seems kinda wrong. Personally, i would use it more if the pricing for nearby location is a bit lower. Overall, great service for when you are lazy or the place is too far.
