Muver - work with several ridesharing apps in one

When working as intended this program is very useful for wording multiple service at a time. However it crashes constantly since the latest update, 2-3 times per 6 hours or so. The bigger issue though is support. I pay every 3 month and this time when they took my money they still locked my account stating I need to pay them. Waited 6 days for a response from support which was "account looks fine, thanks" and nothing fixed. Loved the app before, but can't recommend now.

I want to recommend this app but it still has a ways to go. It's bugs out pretty regularly, auto decline misses often, switches between apps when you don't want it to, etc. I think it either needs to be cheaper or fixed for me to keep paying for it, but drivers definitely want this but it needs to function

Garbage app keeps freezing up when switching between platforms. Has cost me more money than I've made with it. Updated the app uninstalled and reinstalled it I still haven't same issues. Yeah now they want me to pay money per month for an app that freezes up not happening

Woefully out of date. I wanted to use this to make Uber driving easier. However, they don't take into account Uber's new features. They now give you upfront pricing as well as how long the ride itself is. This app still only takes into account distance or time to rider. Please update.

App is ungodly expensive and for what? It barely works at intended. It switches between apps when nothing is happening so it'll do it when im doing things in another app. It also won't switch apps when it SHOULD. If I get a notification in grubhub it won't let me view it because it forces me to view uber and refuses to let me view grubhub. Worthless app and you want $400 for it? What a joke!

Does not work as described. I downloaded this last night, set up for the 7-day trial and set up some simple filters for both Uber Eats and door dash. Instead of doing everything in the background, making it easier for me, it made it more difficult and made door dash practically impossible to use. It would not allow me to select a decline reason while mover was on in the door dash app. The only positive is I was able to get into DoorDash when it was just listed as scheduled.

Update 5/4/22 Went to see if app was improved like I said I would, apparently can't get a code now. Maybe banned for negative review? The app has too many issues right now like when you first setup the app you have to make sure you add the gigs your doing during the initial setup cause you can't add it later on, delete a gig you can't add it back either, doesn't go online or offline sometimes causing you to still get deliveries when your on a delivery or trying to go offline. Not worth it yet.

The app is real finicky. If you expect a trip before it does it won't turn off the other apps. For instance if you go to the map on Grubhub and left it there then suddenly you get a trip form another app, it will except the ride and go back to Grubhub to switch it off but it gets stuck on the map page and you have to change the page to the on/off switch is. Another thing is it's really slow switching between the apps. I can do it faster.

The app keeps crashing and I have to restart, give all permissions again, for it to only crash again in a few min. Sometimes it doesn't auto reject until the timer has almost run out anyway. I would suggest, as other people have, an option to auto accept based on $/per mile. Also the option to decide if you want other apps to be disabled when a request is accepted. Unless there's an improvement, I will not be renewing my subscription next month. Not worth the money as is right now.

Causes more problems than its worth. Constant problems with it not turning off other apps after accepting one. Then other offers have to be denied because app not working correctly making my numbers terrible. I keep installing patches from support. Now it almost acts like a virus and is randomly starting up, and opening all my gig apps and putting me online while I'm just trying text message. I keep closing them all and going offline and they just keep reopening at random. I'm trying to cancel.

I'm trying to cancel this subscription, I done sent 2 emails no answer, this app is weak, I can switch between apps on my own. Can someone contact, or respond to my email. I will be highly upset if I get charged, and I've been trying to cancel this since day one... ok I figured it out, u gotta go through the play store, and manage your subscription from there. Seems a bit shady that you guys don't tell us how

Im honestly very upset with this app! I tried the free trial and linked my 3 delivery accounts. From the start there was nothing but problems with it switching through all three apps nonstop it constantly froze and I lost a bunch of money because of these problems. It also kept logging me out of doordash and GrubHub for no reason so I lost blocks/shifts! Then they took $47.95 out of my account before the trial was over. Ive tried to get a refund or to even talk to support and they don't respond

Great concept but definitely has a way to go in terms of functionality. It doesn't do what it's supposed to do all the time. Bugs need to be fixed.

I have bought the whole lifetime use of this app. Unfortunately, I have quite a few suggestions improving app functionality. For Grubhub. When switching the last action turning off other apps is to turn on navigation. Fantastic! But the way it is selected can be difficult because what clicking Overview directions on the bottom the app makes it hard when at the restaurant destination to click arrive ASAP. Looking forward to the updates and NEW features. Still testing out the ones that exist.

Just started using it today and all my goodness it's a total game changer. If I could give any suggestion for making this app better it would be to add a mileage tracker and maybe a location timestamp history for like the last two weeks soI could see where I was at 12:30pm on Jan 1 a week later showing the 20 min surrounding that time, searchable index for proof of location. Otherwise this app has it all within the limitations the gig apps dictate. Very happy...

Not good. The Muver interface keeps popping up over top the other apps while on the accept/ reject screen. Terribly inconvenient! Also difficult to cancel subscription (can't be done in app). Save yourself time and money. Don't bother with this.

Muver app makes multi apping so much easier than doing it manually. Now I can multi app with more than just two or three apps. 👍

Completely meets my expectations of how a rideshare app should work. It does all the work on my phone for me and has virtually no distractions. The most important thing is to specify the criteria for selecting rides right away and then Muver will select the best rides for you. It's so convenient! It's so much easier and more comfortable to work with it.

I used to be skeptical of such apps myself and thought it was better to do everything yourself. But then I decided to at least try Muver for a trial period and the result surpassed all expectations. I was finally able to relax behind the wheel. And now I have been using Muver for six months and it has never once let me down. Muver is an excellent stress reliever while driving! It's especially helpful at rush hour traffic jams. I wish I had downloaded it sooner.

App is amaizing, although it dose make it hard to take breaks with auto acception. Being able to schedule work hours and break time would be very helpul and lessen the punesment for needing to decline orders so breaks can be taken. This would help keep up my acceptance rating. It is not important to some but I like to keep things professional and hold myself to a high standard. Thanks to this app I have gotten to platinum with Uber eats and I really appreciate all your help.

Hmmmmmm, gonna try this app out because I would like the ability to switch between apps. From what I'm seeing in the reviews, looks like freezing, problems with switch between apps, app navigation problems, and cancelation issues tho. I will update my review after trying it. *Update* App isn't worth it. Ratings stands at 1 star.

My first review got deleted so I'll write it again. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It took me 3 days to figure out I had to cancel it through the Google play store subscription section. I asked support and never received a response. This throws up a lot of red flags for this company. I would never do business with a company that doesn't make it easy to cancel anytime you're not happy. Shows they are not confident in selling their own service or they would make it simple.

I triple app, muver switches the apps on and off for me so i don't have to while I'm driving. Worth every penny

Too bad... I was super excited to try this out. Did the free trial. The idea is a 5 star idea. But there are too many bugs and glitches for the price. If orders came in at the same time, Muver would forget how to do its job and I would still have to manually navigate each app. Also, I thought it was gonna be more of an integration, rather than an app that takes over your phone like a help desk does a pc. The idea is great! But ultimately it did NOT make multi apping easier. Potential is there.

Ive been using several apps for the last couple of months and tried to find out the best one for me. I ended up with Muver because it works good. It does glitch sometimes but I guess it happes because of the lack of the memory on the phone. The rest is just fine. It switches between apps very quickly and finds the best orders. Looking forward to adding mileage. Then your app will be perfect for me.

It works good during the day, unusable at night, I would have given five stars other than it needs dark mode or something done.

1. I only have Uber and Lyft and I really like this application but, lately my after the update my acceptance has been dropped on Uber and Lyft because it does not want to close the other app and I even got suspended by uber because I have to keep dropping rides from uber when I'm on a lyft ride already. 2. If I turn OFF MANUALLY one of the apps on Muver why does Muver have to turn it ON when I finish the ride? It should wait untill I turn it back ON MANUALLY again. Thanks in advanced. 🙂

I had good service with this app the first day I installed it I was told on the app if I wanted to discontinue my subscription it would be a matter of 15 seconds to discontinue when I went to talk to support there was no one available so they ended up charging my account 3 months when I still could not get ahold of anybody the first 7 days I understand are free and after that you can't get ahold of anybody very poor customer service I would not advise anyone to try this

Works good for a little while but then it just starts acting up. Had to restart many times. If all the bugs get worked out it'd be worth to have this app

I love your app. Its good, fast, easy to use, doesnt glitch, and most importantly handles all tasks perfectly. I recently switched phones and had a little problem with the app, so I contacted support. The guys quickly figured out what the problem was and helped me solve it! Great service, although I didnt expect too much.
