Google assistant does not recognize Muzecast streamer's name on new Samsung S22 ultra no matter how I pronounce it and because the phone is the newest model out Android auto is built into the phone now and can't connect because my car does not have a display.. Best music app ever is totally useless now..
Great alternative to subsonic. I can only rate 3 stars as I am a big fan of a material ui which this lacks... As well as a dark theme mode. If themes could be implemented I would rate 5 stars for sure. Thanks for a great app. I find the blue colors gross... Black and Grey all the way!
Purchased Muzecast once I found out they are back on business....it is my go-to music app....I love being able to stream music from my HOME PC no matter where I'm at ...work, beach, backyard , etc... Definitely worth the low price...been using it free since q 2016...a very good investment....thank you Vorlan Group
Why did you take away the most recently played options from the Firestick app - it was the most useful function. Please bring it back (update: you can get most recent by sorting albums but cannot shuffle play these like you used to be able to)
Where has this app been all of my life? I have a massive digital music library that I was never able to easily access from my phone until now. It has every feature and setting I want. My only suggestion is to have more color scheme options.

I paid $7.99 for this app and it does not allow to play songs that I want to play next, unless I go from album to album. And when I sought assistance, they blew me off. Great job there, aye.
This is a great app,solves the problem of taking your music everywhere. But I can't get it to see playlists created on my pc

Was being discontinued in Sept, don't waste your time. Go with Plexamp. Dev said it's not being discontinued, but that buys no goodwill for users. Could be cancelled at any time. I put years into muzecast then switched to Plexamp when dev said it will.be continued. Snip/snap/snip/snap
I absolutely love this app. I was horrified when there seemed to be an end of life to it, but happy its not going away anytime soon. Highly recommended

June 10, 2013: I have had this app for several months now and experienced the growing pains with its development. The result is an incredibly stable and functional program that will stream music via the internet from your PC to your tablet. I have been 400 miles away and it works perfectly. If there is a problem the developer is quick to respond. There are a lot of settings so you have to use the program to figure out what's best for you. I will tell you of one option I like that is you can stream without caching or you can stream to cache which will download each song you load to your cue, nice option to have if you are away from WiFi and don't have unlimited data. While at home just load up a big playlist of songs and download them to your device for later playback. It is April 27, 2021 And I have taken a break from this app and have been using Napster formerly known as Rhapsody for the past five years. A few weeks ago I put the app on my phone and I have to say it is incredible. If you are an audiophile with a large volume of music on a PC or a back up laptop that now serves as a music server, this is the app for you 10 stars.
After a little hiccup I think Muzecast is back up and running! :) Love this program! Please don't stop improving and let us all know if you're gonna shut down for a good.

Basically, this app will stream all of the music, stored on your home PC, to your device. Works perfectly, and easy to setup. Saves you from having tons of music stored on your device. Also supports lossless music! Please buy the pro version of this app, to help support the developer. Great app!! Great developer!! Constant improvements! Has Android Auto support, so I can access it through my 2016 Chevy Volt. The developer constantly tweaks this app, such as adding a "shuffle all" button, which is something other Android Auto music apps by bigger companies don't have.
This is the greatest app for streaming a large music collection! The developer has went beyond expectations with updates and features added over the years. I can't find anything missing in this app.
Jan 4, 2021 Tried using Muzecast tonight and saw that it was not connected. Opening the configuration program I get the message "INVALID LOGIN - Change login on security tab." When I go to the security tab it says: "Loading user list, please wait", then I get a popup error that says "Failed to retrieve user list". Can you tell me what the issue is? This is by far the very best app for streaming music from my extensive library back home on my computer. I'm so relieved they are not discontinuing the app, because I've tried all the rest and they pale in comparison. The developer even incorporated elements from my "wish list" into the app, making it EXACTLY what I was looking for. Long live Muzecast!
