Normally it works fine. 2 weeks ago I tried to do a mobile deposit and it was fine til I took a pic of the back of the check. It froze. I tried everything from starting over to rebooting even after uninstall/reinstall. No bueno. Called the bank several times. They were no help. Clueless. I suggested they call the "Powered by Mitek" people. Never heard back from anyone. Today it was very buggy(didn't work, said not endorsed, then said I took the front pic twice, which was wrong), etc.
The mobile deposit feature used to work really well. Now, I have to try 5 or 6 times to get a check to deposit. Sometimes, it still doesn't work; usually, the error message is "Cannot read info in back of check".
Used it all the time, loved it. Now, won't even open for me, freezes my phone. A real inconvenience.
It's working well for me so far. I use it to check my balance, transfer money between accounts, and deposit checks. Haven't used it yet to pay bills -- prefer my laptop for that.
Works great! Very helpful to check accounts and do transfers from phone instead of going to atm or waiting for a teller.
Limited in person access. If issues with app, no one available when bank not open. Glitchy mobile deposit as well.
The app was great until week ago. I have android and it frozen on my phone. Uninstalled several times and installed back but still not working.
Works fine, just very simplistic in it's functionality. It has the core basics of check deposit and Zelle though.
What a joy it is to have found out about this app from a bank teller last year. I don't know how I managed for years without it ! It has saved me so much time and energy and money ( in overdraft fees ). Thanx.
Excellent app. Still learning the ropes. So far what I have done it is great and really easy to figure out.

One of the easiest mobile site to use. Wonderful for second home folks not always in MA.
No problems at all. Mobile deposit is expedient and convenient.

Used to work great, but now I can't even open it anymore. The screen just goes white for a second before the app crashes. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't work.
