To use the MVB Banking app, you must be enrolled as a MVB Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

CRITICAL FOR NEW USERS: This app needs a new AND DIFFERENT user name compared to the old app and your online user name (the one you use when signing in on a web browser on a computer). This is dumb, confusing, and bad user interface design, so the app only gets only three stars. Otherwise it's fine and does what is supposed to.
Good app. Probably could've avoided a lot of frustration if you all had notified everyone the new system would require creating a new password and how to initially sign in. Otherwise, the actual app is good, but I'm disappointed there is no longer a widget included.
Just downloaded. Had trouble signing in but it seems it was because my old password did not meet all the requirements that this new app has on passwords. I went to recover login credentials and made a new password. I love all the new features.
Nice to have, but it says deposits are accepted, butthey are not. No message on app. to tell you there's an issue. Confusing and a big problem.
Nice banking app with easy to use functions. Only problem for not giving 5 is if you have more than one account the opening summary page intermingles transactions which can be confusing.
Worst Banking App. It takes hours to get the camera to focus for mobile deposit. It doesn't send notifications about vital card activity. And it's an ugly interface.
I like the prepaid account through credit karma and the app is quick only problems is trying to link with other bank apps can be frustrating.
It's my first time trying to enroll and it says account number at the very beginning and I don't have an account number and it won't let me pass that I can't get an account number unless I have the account I can't enroll in it because of that and I've never been a customer there
Won't accept my information even though everything is correct. Can't use app and never received my card. Inconvenient
This redesign of the app is down right horrible and the changes to bill payments is ridiculous. Im not impressed at all

Usually no problems, but every once in a while it glitches
Use to love this bank but now payroll and other deposits are held for a day or more before funds are available. It says funds deposited before a certain time are available the same day but that is not true. Deposited my husband's payroll check Friday July 2nd at 10am and funds are still not available 2 days later. Other banks always made funds available same day but not here. Been with this bank for over 5 years and seriously considering changing banks because of this reason.
your new app is useless. will not let me get into my account. you should've just updated the original and let it alone. Your entire company is nothing but a joke.
The app and Inwood WV Branch are great. I wish that the bank would make available my funds when my two direct deposits are there. My employer and my VA compensation check are always held . Other banks released my funds soon as they get them
