Like the website, I cannot login. I always have to call to make payments. Website and app are useless.
Card payments not working. It's not letting put in the last four of The card and can't add the expiration year.
I got a new phone moved all my apps and now I cant sign in I know my login info is correct I cant even reset it because the option doesn't work either
Very hard to understand cannot change anything and registration is almost impossible to understand.
What a waste of my time and phone space. I downloaded the app to make payments but it doesn't even work. UNINSTALLED

I like their service but they don't pay you for the extra solar energy you produce and that goes to the grid.

I submit the payment, click ok and it still shows I have a balance. AND online sign in is sometimes unavailable! Update over a year later..STILL have connectivity issues, different phone S9. Improve this app!!

I have 3 accounts, 2 for rental properties and 1 mine, everytime the renter pays his account (006) by selecting it, the balance next day is wiped out off the other renter's account (002) I had to ask them to stop using this app! It only works on a pc if you have more than one account.
Now it's almost perfect. I suggest an edit button for personal info, my name was misspelled, Karla instead of Carla and when I called by phone, I was told that I had to go in to the local office to have it corrected...lol, kinda silly. I also suggest that you add a disconnection date for people that miss their original due dates, get your money faster. Thanks!
This app only worked the first month of download. It wouldn't allow me to make my payment and the account information was correct. I decided to delete the app.
Everything works great except for when im about to pay my bill and then it says error connot complete transaction. Like come on whats the whole point then.
