This app is flawed in the most basic levels of functionality. If you need to send a message to your bank the app has a one minute timeout and the timeout is not reset when you're typing the message so you can't actually use this app to do the message function to your credit union. This app has a limited number of times that it can be activated before you have to call them but in some Android platforms it will de-register you randomly for no apparent reason

I did the Android update on my phone and then my app wouldn't work. Have been trying for the last 4 days now to do the app update and still nothing. I even uninstalled it to try to reinstall and now absolutely nothing is happening. Just a message that the app is waiting to update. I've called the customer service line and they were no help. I told them every thg ring I had done and all they had me do was do the same steps over again.

Newest update has caused an internal error for android users. This happens every single time. I wish they would get this sorted out before rolling out new updates though, because it is a colossal inconvenience. Edit: Has anyone even heard from the developer? App has been broken for pushing towards a month here real soon. Any fix in site???

Biometrics, ie fingerprint scan, doesnt seem to work. It asks for the fingerprint, then the window drops and nothing happens and I have to type in my password every time. Its garbage.

App will boot me and won't allow me to reopen the app unless I completely restart my phone, can't do that every time I want to see my account. Don't update the app with such a huge bug. Fix the crashing and I'll fix my review.

I too have problems with this app as well. It likes to lock me out of my account and not take my password for anything. I do not like the fact that there is no way to fix the problem. I brought my ratings down from 5 to 2 because I can not take the app doing what it wants when it wants. I should be able to put my password in and not have problems

The latest update no.longer allows you to.see the account numbers. If you have multiple accounts, you have to look through each one. Stop screwing with a good thing. App no longer works with the latest android update.

07/21/21 App says it needs to be updated, please go to Google Play. Go to Google Play and it says it's been updated and clicked to open. Now I'm in this ridiculous loop. Tes, I turned the phone off and on. Not happy! Please fix!

Had this app when the update came out and it was saying internal error. Deleted app. Downloaded app again and used my login info I use on the web and was able to login. Hopefully this helps

This latest update booted me from viewing my account that I use all the time. The account I share with my grandma is the only one I can view, and I havent made a transaction in more than a year.

I found this to be a great app all the way up until the last update. Now it just says internal error and is completely useless.

Doesn't work since the internal update, have uninstalled and installed multiple times, still doesn't work! Too bad no one responds to this problem on here.

No issues.. then the latest update hit.. absolute trash now. I use mobile banking for everything and this makes me want to drop mat valley and stick with my other 2 banks :|

Was great until now all I get is internal error whenever I try to log in. Edit: it's been over a week and this is still and issue

New update won't update on android, keeps saying to update and I go to update but it just says to open. I click open, and the app tells me I need to update.

Ok change has been made to user logon simply not able to use account # as a user as before. Works on my android now like the web page on a browser just create a user name for login to the app if you have not yet done so.

Keeps crashing when trying to make a car payment.... please fix this app... pretty terrible

This app has problems all the time and says "you must restart the app there has been a problem"

FIXED INTERNAL ERROR!!! Before the update the login was account number and a password. Now the app uses the online username and same password!

"Internal Error" is all that comes up when I try to sign in since the new update.

Most straightforward app on the planet. Completely user friendly!
