Worst app ever! Journey planning chosen are not the most efficient ones OR incorrect. The "departure" schedule is never up to date with delays of buses/Ubahn, which allow for connections missed. When there is a bug it takes a week to solve it. They plan journey with delays of Ubahn that are incorrect and there makes us miss connections. There is absolutely no reliability in this app! No display of the ALREADY bought tickets when bank card went expired. Way more to say if I had space to write.

App crashes after opening. Edit: It worked for a while. The latest version of the app is back to being unusable, due to crashes. If you can't manage to provide a stable app, don't enforce updates to use the ticket shop! You are encouraging customers to travel without a ticket

If you click departures, the app is crashing and disappering from your screen. Mainly useless. If you search for a destination within Munich, it shows you a lot alternativex in surrounding areas of Munich, partially from other cities e.g. Frankfurt. The developer team is only replying positive statements. With each update things are getting worser. Please Google try to warn them, or remove this toy from the Play. Thx.

Used to really enjoy the app but I gotta criticize the user experience when it comes to buying tickets. To buy a Single one way Ticket I had to create an user account with plenty of private information. Interface behaves strange when no credit card is registered. Registering credit card required TAN. End of the story. Please simplify: ticket, credit card, go.

It doesn't work. I try to log in the app through M-Login, and even if it opens the browser to log in, it never goes back to the app. If I close the browser, the session isn't passed to the app.

I'm in the S-bahn and the app is crashing. What should I do 🤷🏼‍♀️ may I travel without a ticket in this case, I can't take another train on my line they have 20 minutes takt.

Bad as it always has been. After the last update ticket qr code is not loading. Ticket itself is visible, but not the qr code.

The mvg app after payment fail sent an email that come to spam folder. In 2 months they request for 4x fine with creditreform collector center. Without any call or post to me.

Crashing the last weeks if opened as "app in app" and going full screen. But just the view, the app is still open. Annoying to get it back up but manageable.

I was charged for a ticket but I didn't receive it in my app. I contacted the customer service and they basically told me they can't do anything for the fact that their app is buggy enough to make clients pay for tickets they won't receive.

App is again crashing immediately after opening (seemed already fixed earlier).

Works quite well and impressive for a local city app. Just a few slight glitches like sometimes it claims that no destination is set and you have to press once on the already-selected destination to make the app realize that it is there. Its route suggestions are the best and quite up-to-date. Even during Pendelzug it suggests the right boarding time for the right direction

Unable to log in takes so long it times out!

Seriously, what the heck is this app?? I purchased a stripe ticket in a previous version and after an update I'm logged out of my account. At the same time password reset does nothing, no mail for a password reset. Even after being able to log in, I cannot validate my unused stripes since an "unexpected error occurred". This app needs a lot of bug fixing and work! It used to works but with every version sth else goes wrong

As a foreigner who just moved to Munich, I have found this app to be good and useful overall. Just got confused with the way it handles the multiple-journey tickets ("Streifenkart") so in my first purchase I have lost eight stripes at once, and now I buy only single tickets, which are simpler and safer. The tickets activation and expiration deadline should be much better and clearly explained than they are in the app. Also, the ticket "image" generated and displayed in German does not help.

The app is OK, I use it everyday. The only problem is that the support team does not support you at all. My app is displaying a blank ticket for months now and never goes away. I tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app but nothing works. I sent the support team three emails already and received no answer. EDIT: after around 10 months I got their reply over email and they fixed the issue.

This is the app. But please, PLEASE, translate the messages! Munich is such an international city and all the expats are suffering from the large amount of messages we are missing. The app also doesn't allow to easily copy the message text to put in a translator app.

Great for picking the right public transport. Heavily overestimates, how long things take by foot, though.

Normally it works good. However, today i got an error which says i have to update the app otherwise it doesn't let me buy a ticket. The problem is that when I click on update it didn't update. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again and it gave the same error. I had stripes ticket and had to use the app to take a bus so I bought a new one. Please fix the bug in your update. It put people in a hard situation.

This app should be superior for navigating Munich with public transport due to real-time information regarding delays. In reality that information is inaccurate way too often (i've hurried to a "+2", which actually left on time, COUNTLESS TIMES) and not used intelligently (shows delay as it is currently for all future stops, even if you are checking to board something in 30 minutes, by which time the delay will have changed, if not reduced to 0). When I count on this app it always lets me down.

Apart from cashless paying no benefit of having this app. Really old-school and way too complex too buy a ticket. There should be a paypal payment available. It's a beginning but so far the app design is really not suited for what it's supposed to do: Quickly allowing to buy an online ticket.

Actually a good App but hard to use in Munich with terrible network infrastructure. Had to pay 60+ euro and gained bad record once I used to rely on it. Well by the time I purchased the ticket the internet was super bad and only noticed that it did not work after some time (stayed in the shopping cart). Tried to pay again and worked but then got controlled. Paid the ticket price and still need to pay the full fine. Never trust the internet in Germany! It's a big joke.

The app doesn't worked many times though having proper network.. Ticket download also didn't happened.. The app has lot much information about the trains and timings.. User interface needs to be improved. Though selecting english as language, the messages appears in German. Increased my rating to 4 based on the information the app contains.
