MVP Rewards

At first i earn a huge reward points due to early payment. After a few payment supposedly i should earn the rewards points for my payment last few month ago that for January and February but it doesn't credited anymore to my account. They keep on asking me the copy of payment and a screenshot of the statement of account. They don't check their system properly so they would know that their was discrepancy on their end. So now MVP rewards is absolutely useless.

New review I am unable to receive any points unlike before. The app for me has become completely useless. Old review for 3 stars I only use the app for our smart reloader. I could have rated this app higher if it was snappy and if there is an option for me to pin my reloader number into the main page of the app. It is very tasking to open a lot of menu before accessing the convertible rewards page.

Just like what the other reviews, no reward points received lately. I cannot even enroll my easytrip. I was able to use some reward points to pay a portion of my pldt bill. A few days later, the app won't even open. Too bad...

Crystal earned is now lesser. Takes too long to have the min required to redeem rewards. Then I received a msg saying that the crystals will expire at the end of this month. Hope that there will be rewards available for less crystals (i.e. P50 less on bill for 60crystal, or P20 less for 25crystals, etc). Otherwise, this app will be nonsense as the crystals earned will be forfeited.

For one, the app is not very user-friendly.I don't fully understand how we are able to gain rewards points. I've been diligently paying my bills for months after signing to this app, and I still haven't acquired any points. It's a disappointing way to give rewards to customers that are good on payments if the mechanics are very difficult to understand. Unlike with Globe One, upon payment of my bills I'm immediately able to earn points that are readily available for use in the list of options.

Very nice and reliable app, user interface good also and is easy to navigate. Keep it up!

Can't even log-in to the app now. I've tried using the website, also broken. I can't sign in to claim my rewards.

Useless reward system. You can't even enjoy it as it will expire before a minimum requirement is met

Great app! You can avail discounts and recieved points when you pay your bill and many more!

Doesn't work as of June 2020. It's just a graphic now, not an app. Has Smart discontinued it's rewards program? Texting POINTS to 9800 doesn't work either and Smart is unresponsive on Twitter about this. Seems to indicate a dying brand...although their LTE service is second to none. Hope you guys get your act together soon. Market competition is always good.

Useless rewards card. I enrolled all my bills here hoping to get more points. But after I used my 20 pesos rewards because i wast told that it will expire, (yes after so many years i only got 20 points and it sucks) i never got any points after. I uninstalled the app and not going to install it again. Its the MVP (Most Very Panget) app ever.

It's useless, after I sign up I can't even log in. So what's the point of creating an account with you when I cant even log in. Whenever I tried to log in it keeps rejecting me and then I received an error message, I forgot the exact message. This app is useless.

This app is rediculous! It is not even helping, for how long should I wait to redeem my points. I tried to redeem a load through TNT but it kept saying an error "can't connect to server" what is wrong with you guys This is so rediculous! If there's only way to rate you below 1 star, and I'll rate you that way, you guys are not deserve for a 5 star. So fraustrating!

Oh, I still have this app, I found this while trying to clear up memory. I once had an unpleasant experience on one of the contents/promo on this app. Namely Sell More Redeem More. I spent bunch of my rewards points to buy e-tickets. But as the raffle draw closed in, they announced that the draw date will be delayed with the pandemic as an excuse. But I think they just didn't have enough participants. I felt bitter because I thought I will have advantage being one of the pioneer users.

My Smart retailer sim number was suddenly removed from my MVP rewards acct,hence I no longer earn points. Useless.

I'm trying to reset my password via the 'Forgot Password' link but every time I enter the OTP code sent to my number, the app just says that my account has been verified and that's it. It's just stuck there. The app doesn't let me create a new password.

just like what the others said the last point i gained was in nov2020, we are paying bills on time, and the ads said every time we pay 100 pesos we get 1 credit points

Totally useless for me now after they changed to a different rewards system. I've been paying my Sun postpaid bills for the past few years on time, even weeks before the due date but I'm not getting any rewards recently, even on my other enrolled accounts like Maynilad. There's a lack of transparency since I cannot view details regarding these so called "raffles" they claim to have. Fix it.

Awful user experience. It take seconds up to a minute passing the splash screen, and when you try to sign up, that god-forbid checking number wont finish. I suggest you change your app developer to save this app's name.

Its a legit app. Though its so hard to earn points. Its quite confusing with gigalife app. Hope u could give us more choices to redeem. It would be better if all stars earned from different enrolled accounts can be used as one and not separate.

Terrible. just by adding your account in pldt takes a lot of time. emailed them about it why is it pending? send the necessary papers that is under my name, after a few more threads! same question all over again, need the copy of the bill and account number and all, same question again?! i mean what the hell? it's not automated thats for sure. i mean i got what they asked for already. waste of time!

worst rewards app. I tried to register, but it won't go through. it keeps getting errors. I tried to register on its website, still unable to go through after entering otp.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎I uninstalled it cause it's useless. Please improve more and read reviews as well to know what's needed to improve. Long time sun/smart user but I got dispointed on this. Globe Rewards is better than this.

No longer send rewards to my paymaya account despite my enrolled accounts to Meralco, PLDT , etc. It's a dead app. And then the canned messages. "Thank you for your feedback..."

App is so slow. Been resending otp 3 times already and i have not received any. Any points/stars here were not transferred in the Gigalife App. Both apps for me sucks and i have been a Smart subscriber for over a decade now. Tsk!

Not working, it just kept on loading

I love MVP Rewards app because it Really giving Rewards for Real but my only problem in Redeeming Items is lot of points needed for example GIGA50- it needs 20 Points I hope the points will be at lower points (10 points). I hope that Next Update they should lower the points in redeeming items. Over all I love it.

The app lags all the time and the reward is a SCAM. I have been trying to redeem Giga Video for TnT for 20 stars but failed everytime. For three days! It won't let me redeem the reward. I have 31 stars so I'm eligible. If only the rewards were real.

I have 197 crystals and it expired this march 2022! My hard earned points does have an expiration,grabe naman kayo.

I always pay my PLDT bills on time yet I haven't receive any crystals. . Useless app
