Worst app. Ever crashing..very few navigation pages, very slow when few people are using it especially end month. Not loaded with the detailed fisa, bosa account...too scanty. For example...you cant follow up loan deductions, you cant repay the loan via the app. Just close and contract the company used by safaricom to make a better app!

I wonder what this app is meant for. It hasn't handled even a single task since i downloaded it two months ago. Could it be some sort of deception that Mwalimu Sacco has finally embraced the trending mobile money transfer technology when in real sense it hasn't! And why is it that the sacco technicians assume the technical hitches yet from from the reviews it is evident folks aren't comfortable with the app? It is annoying!😡😡😡

Most useless and one of the worst App. You have an app to make things efficient but cannot allow you withdraw your money. I give it one star and maybe I will review once the App becomes efficient. Don't download, waste of bundles and space.

Optimise this app, it's on and off most times. When the month ends for salary it goes off completely giving wierd error responses. Kindly sort it out or let someone with better expertise create a better optimized version

this app needs a serious upgrade, too slow and sometimes can't connect even with the availability of the best internet connection . include money transfers to other numbers.

The app is useful but rather slow and difficult to install. You should shop for a better one. Stop charging for balance enquiry. Username slot is numbers. Correct. Its confusing.

I wish you didn't throw the earlier version before ensuring this one is better! We are strongly advised to use cashless transaction by the Sacco but this can't even download. If it downloads it doesn't allow log in. What a frustration!

most useless ever thing found on planet Earth and beyond, too slow, can't open even with strong internet,keep loading,and stops,if you feed the pin again,it blocks and tells you access denied,even when pin is outo,then if you call for assistance,you are told to go to headquarter,if you go you'r charged,so this is a money making merry,no banks near,the app can't be upgraded frustrations,pls come in large & save our once pride

This app is simply not working in my phone... there's no provision for the send button...I regret uninstalling the previous version, now I have no way of accessing my account without visiting an ATM, or the bank.

Please with the Corona winter holiday, I urgently need something that is easy to install, log in and manageable in terms of cost, connectivity and transacting. Otherwise this can easily be interpreted as techy without use.

Useless app in playstore. You cannot withdraw your money when you need it. Useless indeed.

Stop charging for balance enquiry on this App, it's too expensive. Members should also be able to top up airtime through GoMobile App.

You cannot make any transfer from your account to Mpesa, it just says insufficient funds and yet you got enough money. Even purchasing airtime is a problem

Most useless app,i bought a credit one month ago,aworth 900 and it haven't reflect in my phone up to now.since then,it tells me access blocked.

for the last 6 months am unable to withdraw any amount through the App. needs to be reactivated.

This app should be blocked everywhere. Hangs everytime, but keeps deducting money without delivering results. Is it a con game by mwalimu sacco or by the developers of the app?

This App is slow and with alot of inconveniences.

Through my father we have used this app and i can atest that it functions absolutely very very well of course it experiences problems which are normal.

Very handy and convenient. I don't have to go to the banking hall. Am yet to have an experience with the new app.

It's a wonderful app. However 12/= for every balance inquiry is on the higher side.

It does not give an option to recover a forgotten password neither is there a procedure for the same...that means access is denied.....what if its urgent?
