Just like other reviewers I have trouble signing in. I kind of found a way around the app shutting down though. 1.Go to the prevoting section. 2. Click on your group and press vote. 3. When it asks you to try again press ok. It'll send you to the page that will give you options to sign in. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. The options are mostly straightforward. I also like that there are different competitions going on all of the time.

Uninstalled. I thought it would be more convenient than using the website, but this app is useless. It's like just a frame but the contents loads if not the same, much slower than using a browser. What i hate is when I log in, there's a pop up where I seem to be logged in on the app but I'm actually not. When you closed the pop up, the account isnt logged in. The pop up loads the page the same from the background, its like the same page floating over the main app.

I've tried almost 8 times to order an album yet it didn't work. I used paypal and it would say "we can't complete your order" then it'd take me back to the home page. Other than that the app runs well and is good for voting for music shows and things

Please fix the app. I see many people with the same problem as me: not being able to log in. The app crashes every time I try to log in and I really really want to support my idols and join in the votings. (11/10/19) Edit: Was hoping it was fixed and decided to install it again but it's still crashing when I want to sign in.

whenever i try to sign in, it sends me to my homepage.. i don't think it's my phone's problem because there are a lot of ppl here complaining about the same thing, so pls make some effort and try to fix this issue. The design itself is pretty simple and boring, and it used to take a lot of time to sign in. This app is used by so many people every year, but with all this problems it's frustrating.

It was a nightmare trying to sign in. I forgot my password and it continued to say that no one was registered with the email I was trying to send the password to. So, thinking that the email was unused, I tried to create and account with it, but it said the email was already in use. I tried signing in for almost an hour before giving up and uninstalling the app.

This app is really useful and easy to use in general, but i' m having troubles with sign in. the screen doesn't load or show any sign of loading after a certain point. I can't sign in even though the signal is very strong.

Hi CJ ENM. I have downloaded this app with the intention of using it to vote for M Countdown, but it seems impossible to sign in. When I first downloaded the app, it became impossible to access to the Mwave app because it kept crashing. Currently, the app still crashes every time I try to sign in. Please fix this problem. after downloading the app and signing in, it turned out that i couldn't vote no matter how many times I'd tried. such a shame that i couldn't :"( i really wanted to do so and this has been the second time i installed this app and it's still the same. hopefully u can fix it cause i don't want to vote on web if i could sjsjsj i mean the web works way better than the app so please fix it

Why is there no onair live broadcast? I already signed in. The app is good but the features are not. It's sometimes hard to log in, the broadcast is always off during thursday, I had to rely more on streaming online rather then using the app. The only good feature this app has is the voting.

I can't even use the app. It says I have to sign in to vote. But whenever I try to do that, the app exits itself. I tried restarting, redownloading, reloading it again multiple times. But it just didn't work. Please fix this issue.

I dont know if the problem is my phone or the app, cause the app does not run good or smooth. It consumes a lot of data and it does not respond or stuck on screen. So thats bad , hope you can help me with that thanks.

I dowloaded this app for so many times and tried to log in to vote my idols but I couldn't. Whenever I tried to log it took me to the home screen and didn't work at all. I'm trying to log in for the last 3 months it's a very long period please fix this.

I can't even log in. How am I supposed to vote my idols? When I try to log in, the app automatically exits, taking me back to the home screen. A dialogue box shows up where it says that Mwave has stopped working. I even reinstalled the app. But nah, it doesn't work. Please fix this problem.

Recently I encountered error when I want to continue my voting. Error is' method not allow'. I tried using different accounts to log in, reinstall the app, etc. Still not working! Please try to solve this problem soonest!

I downloaded this App to participate in the pre-voting for the show, but it's already Saturday evening (KST) and the side always tells me just when the voting period starts (Friday 14 PM) and doesn't show the actual voting. I don't know if this is a general problem or just mine, but I'd like to vote and last month I've voted on the website which went perfectly well, this week it just doesn't appear, neither on the website nor in the App.

This has the potential to be good and love that my vote could count, unfortunately the app instantly crashes so I am unable to do anything or use it. Hope they fix this and notify all of us soon.

Everytime I try to sign in the app crashes. And since you basically can't do anything without signing in first it makes the app useless. Which is really disappointing.

I love what this app offers, but like many other people I am unable to log in. I want to buy more signed albums, but every time I select the account I want to log into, it won't let me. this is incredibly frustrating.

Everything works fine, not until i signed in. I can't sign in and i can't vote. The system crashes and disappears when i click the sign-in button. Please do something about it.

The app does not let me to log in the same is with the website , tried to log in into the accounts. Moving me straight to sign up on website yet when want to create the account it is already registered under that email. App does not even move while I am pressing onto the sns accounts. Please fix it I can not vote it's starting to give me headaches.

I can't log in eventhough I already tried it with many accounts. Even when I uninstall and installing again, I still have the same problem. I hope the developer could fix this problem soon because I like this apps.I have high expectation for this app. Thank you

The pre-voting time started 4 hours ago yet I can't vote. Nothing even shows up and I have to log in every time I navigate away from the app screen. Even if I leave for a moment and comeback. This app has no use.

Not worth downloading I decided to download mwave now that I upgraded to a new phone with a bunch of space so I can vote for my favs on mwave but the whole app is super laggy and everytime i open the app to vote for something it says i have to sign in when in fact I already did. I don't get the system of signing in and what not but if thats what I have to do everytime I want to use the app (sign in) its not worth it imo.
