Confusing and doesn't mention we have to submit and for it to be certified or any good to unemployment even though they can see we completed 3 reemployment activities and 1 job contact we still have to send and get a confirmation.
App will not let me certify my contacts and reemployment activities, therefore I can never file my weekly certification haven't been able to file one since the work search was reinstated.
Forcing people on PUA to search for work even though the pandemic is still in full swing is immoral and disgusting. They lost the lawsuit so now they are making sure to add as many new requirements as they can to kick people off of their benefits, even though it's ending in Sept anyway! Why be so heartless?
Bogus! I'm not going to change my review. Md State Unemployment is working a a snail's pace to correct how they operate their apps

I am supposed to enter job contacts and I am not allowed to for some reason. I am unable to claim weeking due to this and I am really frustrated.

If you use this app do you still have to go online and do the weekly certifications or or do they see that I'm doing weekly certifications on the app?
App is trash. After your stupid registration process it wouldn't even let me sign in to the account I had just established. Pure garbage.
I can't upload a current resume, kind of defeats the purpose of a job seeking app
It would be helpful if you could do your resume. The only option that I got was to use old resumes.
I feel like search results are minimal compared to the full website. Often times I get a much better search results online than in this app, it almost feels like the results only match your resume. The functionality of scrolling through jobs isn't my favorite, I mean I understand the design but with most pages you think you are opening the job link and must hit the back button to return to results but you don't need to, you just keep scrolling... it gets confusing.
