MWSC

The application was not functioning properly when I opened it today. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it hoping that it wouldn't glitch. Now that I try to log in to my account, it says that the details don't match. I reset the password as the app directed me to, and yet I'm unable to log in. What should I be doing? Edit: After the bug fixes, the app is working just fine.

Cannot see the name with which MWSC has registered the meters. Also cannot customise and rename meters. Balance amount and amount due displayed simply arises confusions. App is NOT USER FRIENDLY at all. STELCO app is much better and user friendly. Please learn from them.

This app is difficult to manage compare to other apps. I cudnt find anyway that I cud pay individual bill payment from outstanding. When go to payment it shows all outstanding amount at once to pay. Stelco app is really easy.

New features was added to app, but from playstore doesn't show update option in the app.. So Uninstalled and reinstall agon.. Now app get crashed every time when I open.. 🤷‍♂️

I update this app new version today morning ,but its very difficult to handle,it will automatically refresh every 5 second ,unable to pay bills through this app

When you set the default meter, the home page sometimes show other meters and has to set the default meter everytime restarting the app

Ive updated latest version. But couldnt see new features. It's all because of slow.

dont have the apartment name, only the owner. somehow need an option to write a display name for each meter. Edit: Fixed..

It really difficult to pay the bills... Why don't u sho the bills that we pay and unpaid that will be better like stelco app

The app makes it really easy to pay bills. Love it.

unfortunately this has stopped. the message shows always
