Not Working Yet I'm happy to edit my rating, but first time using it, says "it's not you it's us we're having an error." I hope it gets fixed soon though! I love the app, visually very professional, easy to use, pretty looking. Just not functioning...

I can't recommend this app to anyone, as I have tried a dozen times to use it and I have called from the pump and been told they will walk me thru it then hang up. I have called numerous times and they send me to wrong places. They tell me the credit will show up on my statements, but not once have I received a credit . this the worst time that I ever have had trying to make a credit card work . i need to use another card that will give me the discounts that I"m paying for already. I also have changed my phone and they still use my old #

1st time use. Intuitive, responsive, fast. As I have had more experience with this app, it shuts off at $95. I can't fill my tank, without engaging a 2nd transaction

Wrong number seems suspiciously deliberately wrong because I never gave them a number that I see the 76 app payment portal Synchrony uses, after signing up over a month I still can't use 76 card to pay through direct pay. That's 25 cents /gal losing for 1 month it's not a joke I think it's grounds for class action. I try correct the number for 2 weeks the app still won't allow me update or let me add the card. I called support they are so awful they know what they're doing u can here them smirk

While this app works fine, and I enjoy the no card gas payments.. there is a huge issue with personal information security. I've had this app less than a week, and I've already had a manager from a gas station call me. Gas station employees should NOT have my personal information, EVER. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Super easy and secure app. Locate nearest 76 gas station. Great for vacationers. Offer pay at pump or inside. Provide PIN for security. Pay via digital wallet or bank account all from the comfort of your car. No more pulling out your bank card or entering my PIN at the pump. Convenient and more Covid friendly. Provide a digital reciept with your discounted price. Ideal for business travelers for expense accounts. Great app.

It is an almost great. Very convenient. And I appreciate the discounts. However, as of late, I need to log in and verify my device over and over.

Can't even sign up! Tried probably 20 times, I'm doing nothing wrong, just gives me an error message at the very end of the sign up process.

When I started having a hard time connecting to pumps I also lost 10 cents off at pumps. So what's the point of using app when you not getting nothing back in return

Terrible app, wasted my time. I stood there trying to pay at the pump for 10 minutes and the thing kept giving me errors. I better not get multiple charges 😡😡😡😡😡😡 This is exactly why I don't use shell.

Unable to register my 76 card due to app not allowing me to input phone number. Spent an hour and 4 different people in customer service with the last person saying it should work in a half an hour. Sure he just wanted me off the phone. Will be cancelling my new 76 card. one day it started working. Updated to 4 stars

Horrible app who designed this? To enter birthdate in rewards program, it defaults at todays date. Then you have to press left arrow to go back each month until you get to your birthday.

Just get error message. I've checked, double and triple checked everything before using; email, password and code are all correct, but ERROR...

12/21Excellent communication between phone & pump. 4/2022 Now that been using for awhile have been noticing issues which are IT related. App will get stuck saying "communication errors" and will leave you in store with line behind you or at pump and no gas.

Downloaded app, applied payment methods to the wallet. The wallet would not open, just kept spinning so I could not ever pay.

I have been using this app for over a year now and let me tell you, I have saved a ton of money with the discounts. When this app first came out it was one of the most horrible apps ever made with numerous crashing and error messages of no explanation. Although the app has been updated and works "better" it still isn't 100% and at times will still give you those errors that just lead to frustration.

App is trash. Don't use it. I have used this app twice before my card was compromised. So I needed to enter my new card, upon doing so there is no way to update ,only delete. After starting over, you get locked out or a message saying technical difficulties. Still cannot get my card re- entered after 2 weeks. App is a joke like the developer.

Wow, this was easy! Being electronically challenged, the attendent at the Damascus 76 eagerly helped me through the process of using my recently installed app. Quick, and I saved money too. I like it!

Promotions are based on the credit card price, so realistically you only get 10 cents off when using the app and the 76 gas card.

I wanted to give this a higher rating but using NFC or even a credit card is much faster. With this app you enter the pump number, then username and password, and then your pin, lastly you get a text code to enter. Really!!!! That's absolutely ridiculous and takes way too long to do. You should only have to enter the pump number since all of the other information should stored in the app itself. So 1 star for the discount it applied and minus 4 due to the not user-friendly experience.

I don't think that the upgrade is as user friendly as the last software was. Small icon to pay amongst busy screen. I like the ease of the app to pay at the pump. When the software upgraded my payment information did not and it was time consuming to add while waiting at the pump.

Really bad connection issues, sometimes the app bugs and then I can't use chase pay because apparently you only get to pre-authorize a payment method once, even though it wasn't my fault the payment didn't work the first time. Sometimes your payment doesn't show and you have to restart the app. Sometimes nothing loads and you can't login. Really bad app and service.

Worst app I have ever used. App doesn't work all of the time. I have lost payment info on updates. Now when I try to login, I get logged right back out because of "Security Reasons" since this recent update. Frustrating when you're standing there at the pump! 76 lost this customer over this app. Save yourself the headache and just fuel up anywhere other than 76!

You can't use American Express with the app even though you can use it at the pump. Who designed this ridiculous limitation? Also I tried to use it this evening and even though they had signs up telling you to use the app, they said it wasn't set up yet, so I went to a different station. I first pointed out the American Express limitation two years ago and they didn't respond (nor to any other comments) so I don't think anyone from 76 is actually reading these reviews.
