So I've had this same phone and plan since late summer of 2017 I believe. It's now jan of 2020 and the app has not been working since like October of 2019. I haven't been able to pay my bill every month due to financial issues but I've still been using the phone with Wi-Fi. And just my luck, once I finally have the money to pay for another month, the app stops freaking working!! Such a shame that I'm gonna have to go through the anxiety of finding a new company now.
App wouldn't let me check my account. I deleted it then tried to reinstall it but was stopped when it asked me for my phone number. App insisted on a 10 digit number. My phone number has 11 digits so it won't let me continue
Cant do much other than check usage and current bill and data gift, should be able to do more.
No longer shows raw credit, very watered down compared to what it used to be.
I've put 10 digits as my number, ive tried 9, 11 and 12 as well and no mattwr what it just says "your mobile number should be 10 digits"
Terrible service and app constantly crashes
good accounts and thay never lose a call as bad as some providers do
Good app and easy to use.
Every time I open this app it says something went wrong.
Pleasant experience for last Five Years and Sad to see it go by the end of Jun'20.
I have not been able to login for past 2months.
when i place my cell number it tell me that 10 digits only whilst I placed 10
where is my bill? show me. don't ask me to log in on another site.... how much do I need to pay? show me. don't ask me to log in on another site... what are the bpay details? show me. don't ask me to log in on another site. this app is pointless if I can't see how much I need to pay and by when...
put a .pdf file extension on the bills for downloading
" oops and unexpected error occurred" is all I get
How is your there not an app to praise the staff that comes into your home
I love this app forever 666
it's very useful.
It won't tell my 6digit pin
What's my payout figure
It's okay but limited functionality. Can't do things like request extension of time to pay a bill (which I very rarely need in any event), and data usage can take up to 48 hours to update? Oh well, they're phasing out anyway so good riddance when the time comes.
