My Account Manager - doxo

I got trick into creating an account to pay my medical bills. I did it so it the payment would not be late, but they scheduled the payment for later. I had to place the payment directly cause I was going to go to collections. But now for the last 4 days they are refusing to cancel the payment. Horrible customer service. Not recomend at all.

Looking for an app to replace Prism (which has turned into a brick thanks to new owners). This app is not it (for me). Admittedly, I did not add all my accounts because I refuse to pay a fee for every bill paid thru an app. I can pay the bills with no fees on the creditor/utility websites. I didn't care for the layout..there seems to be too much space allocated to paying for doxo+...overall not what I'm looking for...and because of fees no sense trying to get used to it...uninstall

The fingerprint login doesn't work. Fix that and I'll give you 5 Stars. The free version works fine for paying my gas bill. Yes, it takes a few days, but it's free, and it's the only form of electronic payment my gas company accepts. My alternative is a paper check or calling in a payment. No thanks. This is much better. Fix the fingerprint login, though.

Do not pay your bills with this app. They are a scam. I got tricky "paying my medical bills" they never paid it 😒 I realized when I got a final invoice, I got surprised because i made the payment and I wasn't even unable to cancel a payment or get a refund. Please do not use Doxo. 0 starts will be perfect for this app.

Now that I agreed to subscribe and pay the high monthly fee to avoid the criminally high fee for no subscription, I cant find any of my bills or a way to pay them for my towns municipalities. I just keep going through endless loops. My suggestion is forget this app and mail the bill...Its easier and a LOT cheaper than using this service. Thanks doxo for bringing me back to my early 20's, paying my bills the old fashioned way, through the good old fashioned trusty US postal service! 🤙

I can't connect my bank account, so if a bill gets paid via this app it charges me an additional $18. It is unclear what bills are auto pay. I ended up paying my car payment twice last month. That could really mess up a person's livelihood. Careful.

I had the app set up with a ton private information before the format was changed. Although all of the accounts are still there, all of the documents and infomation I previously saved is all gone. I used to love Do and recommended it to many of my friends and family members. I didn't need a bill pay app, this is usless to me now.

Has been an excellent bill paying app for me as my water company has no online bill pay. Every payment has been on time and their chat is very responsive. That are very transparent as to the time the money will be taken out of your account and the time the check will arrive to your payee.

I'm having trouble with it wanting to charge me $6.99 for a payment already established a long time ago. It may be $3.99. Any way I have to pinch pennies on a set income. Those pennies add up over time. The rest of it, I have no problems with..

Highly recommended. Just would like to add a tip to anyone who is thinking of using DOXO. Have 2 to 3 weeks worth of bills banked away so you can stay ahead and not worry about delivery dates. All accounts are different so delivery dates fluctuate. Love the fact that the money comes out of your account instantly so there is no worry about overdrafts.

The best app available for this method of payment. Fast, secure, and they keep you informed every step of the way! Never takes more than a few days for the payment to be applied. Very impressed with the ease of this app! Thankful for your services. You should feel proud you offer such a great option to so many people. Yes of course some services could be cheaper but I don't mind paying for excellence! Doxo is trustworthy and dependable. That is all I need. Very happy I found you guys.

I tried four times to send a payment. I am not be too good a texter, but in every case, the ap shut me off before I was through. Entering. But I'm not absolutely sure that the timeout was fully C's u def by the DB. The screen of the app was buried by a local screen at the timeout.

I love this app, it gives me email alerts when my bills are due. Also every utility in the area where I live is offered on doxo which makes it extremely convenient for me. No bill has ever been received late to any of my utility companies. The doxo app is perfect and meets all of my needs.

You'll be charged $3.99 for each payment! Also, this app is the only way to pay my utilities online in Austin TX. Installed app, saw reviews going back to 2015 w/problems, right up to today! Can pay utilities over phone for less. Doxo payment takes 3 days to arrive, but will show as pending, so you'll still be on time(Lied!). Well, it wasn't on time and I lost my payment plan! So now I pay a higher payment plan. Our utility company uses another online pay service. Ripped off by DOXO. Lied to me!

It seems to be a good app. It just wasn't for me. I only pay a few bills and the set up process was a bit overwhelming. But they did refund any money I had invested. I would still reccomend it for friends and family who pay a lot of bills. Get thru the set up and you've got it.

This app is the only option I have to pay my auto loan online. When it's set up for auto pay it takes the payment out 12 days in advance. Once auto pay was turned off, I was supposed to be able to "1-click pay" and now the app is looks like it's not complete. So I cant make my payment! And there's no brick and mortar building in my state for me to run a payment to!

I set up DOXO for my car payments 😡 I never can get logged in on my account ever, for something that is supposed to be a helpful resource to secure payments is nothing more than a hassle very frustrated with this entire financial system. Would not recommend it to anyone

I just spoke to the city of Covington Virginia and they informed me that they have no affiliation with, nor did they authorize this third party. Also said that they have no idea how they got the email addresses of the city that happens to be incorrect by a few letters on each listed by DOXO. I found this out due to $24 late fees from late arrival of checks. The city clerk office said they have been trying to get in touch with someone from DOXO to no avail. This is a scam.

Worked fine until an update a month or two ago. Ever since, it won't even open. I try to open the app, it says "doxo has stopped". Tried to delete & reinstall with no change. At this point the app is worthless.

Doxo might be the most cumbersome bill pay service provider I've ever used. As a third party intermediary to my gas company, I never know what's been paid and nor does my gas company. I've paid bills with Doxo, but my invoice is sometime never updated. For example, I just paid my bills. No notification, no confirmation, etc. Unfortunately, it's the only bill pay option my gas company (Mountaineer Gas) allows for online bill pay. I would never suggest this service.

For you to have to pay a price for using the service why do it take so long for the company to receive the electronic payment and you draft the money right away out of my account. I can send it by mail cheaper and it would get there around the same time(five days), but I'm paying for it to be sent electronically and it takes at least five days when you have already collected the money.

Issues with my payment. Was said to be delivered on the 9th and its now the 16th and still hasn't been posted to my account. I'm getting calls for the missed payment now and I don't know what to tell them . I guess I may have to pay it again next paycheck. I got an extension to Monday hopefully it goes through by then.. I'm disappointed

Doxo has probably the worst bill pay that I've ever seen (and that's apparently their focus?) I have a bill that's due every two months and I can't turn on autopay, because if i do, it pays the bill 6 weeks early. When I brought this to customer service's attention, I got a tone deaf response about how that's how autopay works, duh.

I am not able to easily look up how much I owe to public utilities which is really irritating. I know when my bill is due, but not how much is due. Which is stupid. This is one of the worst payment apps I have ever seen. Do better.

They paid my hospital bill to some body account, they don't find any record of my payment, charge me 3.99 for 1 sevice , hope they give me a full refund. I keep recived four more bill.
