My app is working great, now. Had to buy a new cell phone - apparently my 2017 Galaxy J7 was not "up to date" enough to handle the update. I love the PIN feature. I really wish the transactions had TIME STAMPS on them and not just the dates. Maybe a future update will include that?? Hint hint. Wink wink. Nod nod.
The new app works on husband's new iPhone, but it still won't even open on my Android. It just keeps crashing and crashing. Uninstall/reinstall didn't help.
I hate it i have got used to when it crashes very rarely but my main problem is when i try to login to my account it is put in perfectly right but it says it doesnt reconise my phone and it tell me to identify it with the code it sends to my number on the same phone it tells me after i enter the code the app sent me that the code is wrong every time and it has to be once in a blue moon for it to actually let me into my account with out it having to send a code that font work.
Easy to manage my accounts, pay bills, mobile deposit, transfer money, etc... Very easy to use and navigate, user friendly. Highly recommend using.
Works sometimes. Hasnt worked since i got the android 10 update. Not sure why a bank wouldnt keep the app up to date.
Doesn't open! Keeps telling me to check my network connection. Was working a couple days ago, now nothing!
