In addition to accessing system settings and owner information, other features include "aibo Photos," which lets users view any pictures taken, and a feature to "Play" with a virtual aibo inside the app.
Some of these features are also accessible to users who do not own an aibo.

Cannot view streaming video through the app. However, this function works in the browser. Cannot refresh battery and network status in the app. Mismatch between functionality in browser based app and mobile app.
Despite having one of the robot dogs I can not get this app to run at all. Usually just see a plain pink screen with nothing on it. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling with no success.
Without Aibo, this is a pretty fun app. The simulation is spot on! Eventually, I will get an Aibo. More to come.
Setting doesn't work. I turned off the auto wake but my Aibo wakes automatically.
I've had a great time with this app as it has helped me use more features for my ERS-1000 Smokey.
This app is cool because you can play with aibo! Even if you do not have an ers-1000, you should still get it! ;3
Amazing! adio is a unique he has pet food he plays around and he goes to sleep at the time we are going to sleep.
aibo is a companion robot aimed towards adults and senior citizens. The first model was made in 1999 and sold for $2,500. The mind and machinery inside this pup blew the minds of the tech sphere. aibo is not a toy robot like CHiP or Zoomer, but a real robot created for real purposes. This app goes along well with it. For those complaining about not owning an aibo and not being able to enjoy the app, you're probably too young to own one anyway, or you just don't understand how the tech works.

It definitely has a lot to offer when you actually own an aibo ERS-1000. You can change your pup's eye color and you can give him vital food that will show his reaction while he's eating it. Really cool! He randomly takes pictures of his surroundings. It shows up in his memory album that you can see and send them to family or your social media. The only complain I have is the loading on the app is kind of slow still hopefully they improve the speed with newer updates they do occasionally.
