5/6 months back I was so disappointed about your service but now it seems to be pretty good. I can view video clips without lease disruption not like earlier issue I was complaining continuously. Thank you so much Airtel company. keep up your good work. All the best!
Very good app and very much convenient to use. We can get all the info about the packages and the remaining data and all the pre paid facilities of the SIM. I just love the app
The application working fine in mobile both android and iso but not working with tablet (android), when i Called customer care their asked me to put flight mood and try after 10min, and tried via WhatsApp with customer care, their asked me to top up data but still not working in tablet. Need more improvement on both application and customer service. Thanks.
App open and features are open very fast comparatively with other mobile apps. Essential features available on the dashboard without complicated so many option. Very easy to access main requirements. Thank you so much saving our time.
this application's reload systems are good. After updated Airtel package system we can't use mobile data without freedom package . Not only that.. in this season all Airtel mobile data coverages are huge problem. So don't use Airtel sim.
An absolute must app if you want to remotely reload your balance, activate data etc. But with imposing a credit limit all the possible options are thrown out of the window. With most of the packages (93/-, 185/- etc.) available only for a day, you can't go on for a month with just few reloads. Give your customers the option to select whether they are okay to go above the said limit or not. It's infuriating to not being able to use the app for what it's meant for.

Beautyful app Highly recommend network for daytoday life use. If your area has signal this airtel network would be the best opinion. Airtel cannot be compare with other networks in sri lanka. Because their concept is quite different from others. Package system is owsome. So much fair to customer. I suggest you to keep this system forever. I am new to airtel. But I would not leave ever.
Hello I'm a new airtel user, just got my sim and the app, so far its great. Hopefully airtel remains the same and improves more. Is there wifi routers available in airtel if so, I'll glad to change my network completely.
Very use full app and try this for any reload to any network with in a minute. It's really faster then my dialog app
The app is decent,I hope airtel adds one day 5GB and 25GB flash deal packages back which were recently removed. Also some more one-day data packages since airtel doesn't provide short time based plans like other networks.
Everything was so perfect, until airtel introduce the new freedom postpaid packages. Even loyalty benefits have been discountinued. Now, I couldn't find any economical packages that meets my needs. It seems that converting into new prepaid freedom plans will be a viable option for me. Just a peace of advice that, it is good to go for new market trends but leaving the past behind is not a good idea. Carrying the past forward and looking for new market leads is the ideal way. (Past is important)
Im happy with Airtel app and its simple and easy to use. 01. But data pack end time is not clear and confusing. It is better if you can show remain time for data packs instead of end date. 02. Though Airtel data packages are great, I am very disappointed about data connection hanging and connection losses. this happen too much and I had to turn off and on data connection to fix issue. You better fix this issue ASAP because already one of my friend recently changed to a new ISP due to this this case. I have to say you are giving not buffering free Internet, free suffering and free buffering Internet.
If a one day package may activated, While a monthly package is available, the one day package is expiring in 24 hours without use, Airtel is not solving this issue even I have informed many times, it is a clear money laundering. Other than this the app is okay.
App is very Simply and very informative... Coverage is bit less but as per the price best in Sri Lanka right now.. packages are quite unique and useful comparing to other networks

It is very helpful and good network 👌 but sometimes it's has only 2 signal bar 😣 and some freedom package are not helpful for us 😒 Improve the freedom package 😊
Airtel app helps to view payment history, allows to make payments from home, helps to convert current packages into preferred package of our choice and provides the facility to watch movies for entertainment.
Very good application. But it logs me out sometimes. And a little bit too much notifications.

Ealier it was great. Very speed connection, no buffering and download speed was great at about more than 1Mbps. But after I purchased the lkr.1399 unlimited package, but since then my network speed was not so great. I get only maximum of about 150kbps and sometimes even about 15bps. I'm very disappointed about this. I was planning to buy the 2Mbps package but I think it's better to second guess it. I can't download even a video. Please if you can fix that it will be a great service.
App is great. But the service is poor. All the old data packages which benefited to the customers were cancelled & forced to activate freedome packages which has daily data limit. I'm using airtel more than 10 years and now I think it's time to move to another network because all the data packages which useful to me is not offered anymore.
Awesome application, No one in my country. I'm new for Airtel, but that fast experience is so good.
One thing about this app is that I can't send credits to my friend who Is also using Airtel network. It shows something like failed to change settings. Plz guide me how send credit to others. Other than that the app is great but the service is poor. Even my data connection is on I can't use internet for temporarily.
