Totally disappointed and frustrated. I can't purchase data from the app. Transaction always failing, card will be debited without data bundle given. I've tried with 3 bank cards and still same.. tha Paystack and Flutterwave payment processors are faulty maybe. It would be better if there's an option to purchase data with airtime balance, that way one can recharge from the bank and purchase data from the app. Outside that, it's frustrating... And the support aren't helping...

Beautiful interface, convenient and easy to use. I am very disappointed however that "Everyday ON" isn't included in the data bundle options. This then excludes me and maybe a host of other subscribers who find this option useful from buying data through the App. I'd have given you guys a 5 star rating if not for that.

Please, there's a lot of things Airtel needs to be upgraded on this App. eg, data sharing, data transfer, chatting with a customer care representative, these things can make this App interesting, just like MTN Apps. I want to transfer data to a friend but I can't do it with Airtel App, it's annoying

Airtel's app is probably the best app by a network provider in Zambia. It gets the job done just fine and that's all I'd ask for. My only complaint is that it doesn't confirm the name of an agent when you're trying to withdraw money. This is problematic because if you typed the number wrong, you could really mess things up because the money might go elsewhere.

Useless app. It takes forever to sign in. Wanted to use this app as an alternative to the web app due to transactional delay in crediting bundle, only to find that this is even worse. If Airtel is not ready for business, just get out of the market. Otherwise, fix these simple hitches so user have a seamless experience

Not fit for purpose, you actually deserve less than zero score for this app. Does not allow you add your other Airtel accounts so you can manage them all from the app. Keep getting error messages such as: add account failed, server down. Zero support when I visited three different Airtel shops to resolve this after being reffered there by their customer care team who claim not to have the necessary software to troubleshoot the problem. Noisy call centre. Airtel Nigeria, get a grip of your app.

I have noticed that your app gives false information on the data bundle expiration day and conflicts with *304# information. On the day the bundle has expired, the *304# USSD will tell you that you do not have an active data bundle but your AIRTEL App will tell you that you still have an active bundle. May the developer of the app look into this error and correct it because you are confusing customers with 2 different information from 2 of your platforms.

I love the app, it's much easier to use than the USSD code but I noticed something of recent, I saw 2gb data left on the app but I was unable to browse but when I called the customer care, I was told I had no data bundle left. Kindly upgrade the app from bugs.

Terrible response from the app. Just bad choice. After downloading the app. Nothing else happens. I have tried all basic troubleshooting techniques to make the app respond, without success. The last message I get is "BAD REQUEST NO MSISDN FOUND." with Ok button. That's it It seems things are OK now. I have been using the app recently and it works flawlessly. Good job

App looks good but the functionality is still lacking. Most of the time we just end up going back to using the ussd to do most of the things. Mwetereze. About your question, the app cannot buy OTT, and even tasks as simple as buying voice or data bundles, it only provides suggested and quick menus. There are no full menus for doing anything, if it's there, I can't find it. Edit: much better now

I 'm yet to use this application but the system analysis is quite good. I hope it works very well. I have been on Airtel line since year 2002. But lately I am a bit disappointed by the data management inconvenience I am expressing. Lost of data, delay response to complaints, given excuses like give us 8hrs or we will get back etc. Very frustrating experience . Thanks. My reason for the app to be downloaded on my device is to be able to have quick assessment. Thanks.

Airtel, you are behaving like a bad stepmother. Why must this app only use Airtel Data? What if I want to use data from another service provider? Your competitors don't limit data source, as long as their app is used. I won't use the app until you remove the "Use Airtel data to connect. Bye!

Wouldn't recommend this app. I liked the previous version but this one is a horrible, absolutely useless mess. Installed on a new phone and it asked me for Airtel internet to set it up. Annoying but understandable cos it could be a security feature but after buying data for Airtel and loading it in it says the same thing 😑. I wish I could give 0 stars for the wasted money and time spent trying to set it up.

Why are there only two payments options for you to buy data on the app. Unless you have a paystack or flutterwave account, you can't buy data with any other payment service. By the way 75% of people don't use Fluuterwave nor paystack. That's not called buying through bank though. Just said y'all should know

No star from me as either the app or the network has a problem. I am presently using Airtel Data but this app keeps asking me to switch to Airtel Data for it to work which is surprising... well off to deleting from my phone... After some months of the above and a few emails between Airtel and myself, I am happy to say the problem has been resolved and I am now enjoying the app

This app is great, but the functionality is not yet complete. I should be able to share data to my friends via the app. MTN network gives you the ability to even share up to 1GB but airtel are still stuck with 200mb. That is really poor and needs to be improved on. Please include the option to share date on the app and you might get 5-star. Thank you.

What a useless app. There is no option to purchase data from you main Airtime balnce. The only two options are paystack and flutare weaves. It has made it difficlt for me to subscribe. I just decide to paste leave thisfeedback be4 uninstalling this app Please your callcare service is extremely poor. Why should Callcare agent end a call on a subscriber without confirming the subscriber's satisfaction, it's unprofessional, your customer agent also have poor communicative skills very bad

Update Feb. 13/2022: (Keep reading for bad news...) The App finally worked for me! Used it effectively for about 7 months. It's poor design that it can only be used while on Data. Now the app will not work for me again as (since the Feb 1st update) as it says I need to connect to data?! 5/12/2021: Have been trying for months to use this app. Couldn't get it to download and now that it is, it won't open. Annoyed as everytime I visit Airtel they tell me to "use the app". Well, obviously I can't.

The app is a lot better now, however there are a few areas that needs attention. The app should be able let the owner know how many devices are connected to the mifi or router and should be capable of disconnecting any unwanted device too. The Mifi password should also display on the app and editing made possible. Kindly effect this enhancement for the good of the users. Thanks

The app doesn't give enough information to manage my data plans. I prefer dailing *140# to check my data which by the way doesn't work anymore. They say we'll send you a message shortly containing your data plan but it never comes. It's so frustrating, I called customer care to help me fix it, they said it'll work shortly but it's been weeks now and it's still doesn't work. To top it all up, this app stopped being consistent with the little info it's shows about my data plans. TBC..............

This is more like a waste of data, app installed cannot be used because the app has to AUTO VERIFY OTP. OTP verification should be either auto or typed. My tab does not support text messaging and as a result cannot run the app. This is very wrong and should be corrected. MTN and Glo apps do both auto verification and typing of OTP sent to mobile number for easy set-up of the app.

This network and everything about it is so bad, no update on their software Always having bad network connection it's so frustrating even your router is worse than a 2gb network device, my advice to you is to sell your company or just shut down

I have noticed that the new update in not showing the remaining internet bundles it's only showing minutes i have to dial *137* just for me to know the remaining internet bundle am having but all in all the app is user friendly just make sure the technical team deals with the problem ASAP...

It's easy to use but I think that there should be an option where one could use the app offline in the event Airtel data is finished.
