Updated review: why there is no widget for My Airtel app? I'm using Oneplus 8T (Android 11) and I can use My GP widget. Would love to see a widget for Airtel as well. Thank you for keeping the option to buy 10/20 mb data for even 1 day. That is really helpful. This is the only reason I returned to Airtel, hopefully it won't be taken away.
Its not a good application for pacacing mobile date,, when i buy combo data bundle,, i can't use of this full cambo pack,, its a very buffer application for 1/2 gb mobile phone,.
I opened airtel app for buying internet pack but when i press 'Internet pack' section there's nothing i restart app and try but there's nothing. I redownload airtel app but same happens.
It’s totally useless. I pay for a recharge offer but I don't get the offer. Aslo their custom service don't reply when I told them the problem.Disgusting
It was good...but recently I found some issue & the problem is I can't customize data plan from yolo pop.& the data rate is also increased...except this issue, everything is fine for me,,,please work on it & fix this,,Thank you!
Every time I open the app it gets stuck in the login page, even tho I'm logged in. The buttons in login page also doesn’t work.
Incoming call are not showing in ta app it's a huges plm in this app that's why I reting in just 1 ⭐ other providers like GP or BL they provide incoming calls history why tha my Robi app can,t provided???? Tha developer told me that 1 year ago tha same that they fix it in next update but it's a long time there are no update to show that incoming calls history show
Very very poor Internet service. After buying data pack its Connecting......great, but After few hour and few session its disconnect. Thanafter i Couldn't able to use full data before expired. Why you kidding us Airtel. Why?
This apps is balanced good. But there is not showing incoming call history. Every apps such as GP,BL are provide all call history but you didn't. It's feelings very uncomfortable. I requested you to improve this issue.
Every time I need to tap the sign in button to open this app. But this button is not working perfectly. I need to press randomly 5 to 10 times. And sometimes, I need to rotate my phone to tap the sign in button. Please fix this problem 🙏. This problem happens in other android devices too. My device: Realme 5i (Android 10).

Customer service is one kinds of hoaxing here. Airtel app also, I had bought continue one package but recently Airtel withdrawal for me. I can't talk with customer service. It's terrible 😔😔

Very poorly designed app. Does not show Internet packs in the internet section. Please check before launch
YOLO POP used to be better. Now it's the worst. "Update" means being better. But what you did with yolo pop is actually "DOWNGRADE". They have increased the price on everything. And the lowest validity in yolo pop is 3 days. But it should be atleast 1 day, even better if the lowest validity is 12 hours. I mean if I buy 5 sms from yolo pop, what in the hell will I do with 3 days validity for just 5 sms? Obviously 12 hours or 1 dah validity would cost less than 3 days validity.
It would have been great if Robi and Airtel had an app mixed together and it would have been much better if it could have been used without internet.
One of the slow internet operators of the country. I was surprised once I bought a few internet packages and found that Airtel internet is relatively slower than other operators. I don't even live in busy or industrial areas , where slow internet maybe excusable ( just maybe ). But city or towns should not have bad internet connectivity. Especially nations captial Dhaka city. Very unusual experience. Hoping you guys in the back can fix this issue of slowness.

It's a helpfull apps...But you have to increase a function name "family pack" for internet balance as whice used in my robi app..
(edited) After my last review, the connection was fine only for a few days..again it's becoming impossible to continue with this slowest Internet speed,also there is a severe Internet Connectivity problem. I saw many people are complaining about the issue but authority seems to be indifferent towards the matter.
My Airtel app is much better than before, but there are no advanced features, such as in the case of the Internet: the Internet has an expiration date, but no timeline, I think it would be helpful to launch this system, I would be happy to consider my advice.🙂
For some reason ever since I reinstalled the app last night, I still haven't received my OTP. I double checked to make sure if I got my number right and yet still I haven't received the OTP. I'm now stuck unable to sign into my account. Please fix this as soon as possible
First of all you are a cheater; you cut much more data from the data pack than a user use. Secondly very slow Internet speed. I can't even watch videos on Facebook Lite. I can't use this fu©king Robi-Airtel sim anymore. Your customer care service is more useless then you.
For four five days, the network speed in my area is very low. 4G is almost unavailable. If I able to get 4G again its speed is to much low that i cann't do anything with it ! Pls see the matter.
Urged action need. When I reachge from card than this app stoppd and phn not work. Phone show black screen and no option show and not work. Please fix it fast. It’s horrible problem.

I don't know why, but it's not working on wi-fi. I had to turn on mobile data to make the application work. It wasn't like this before. Had to tap on "sign in" multiple times. Just saw another review which stated the same exact problem. And, if possible, please fix the fact that even when a particular internet pack is used fully, it's still shown because it's not expired. But this isn't actually helpful, it just feels jam-packed and useless. Please look into this.
