Pay Bills – Effortlessly pay your bill through the app with your credit card.
View Account Information – View your bills, electricity usage and account holder profile.
Setup Recurring Auto Payments – Rest assured that your bill will be paid by seamlessly setting up auto payments through the Amigo Energy app. Allow our app alerts to notify you when your payment has been received.
View Bill & Payment History – Monitor your usage, view your billing & payment history. This also allows you to make sure past payments have been posted successfully to avoid any late fees.
Alerts & Notifications – Receive bill alerts as soon as your Amigo Energy bill is ready. Our friendly payment reminder notifies you days before your payment is due and when payments were received.

App is very buggy and feels unfinished,I'm always having to reset the passwords and my card info never saves. It's very annoying to input new card info as some of the letters are off screen and are partially visible.
I cannot enter my payment information because the app page is too small, The "Enter" button is not visible. Please fix this issue. I'm using a Samsung Note 20 Ultra.
I don't understand why the app is not working. It had worked before but nof with this new update, it seems like is not going to work. Please check in see what is wrong. Thank you!
Recently it requires cv number on back of card, but app is not giving a box to insert number. Never had this problem before and I've been with them 6 years.
yeah this guys are straight scam on their energy promotions so i had to cancel the aday after i tried to set an account with them.. this energy retailer needs to be closed down as soon as possible.. and you guys need to refund my deposit of 275$ .. whenever on your website it saids no deposit
At first you could not put the CV # now you can put it but the app stops after that.. Can this problem be fixed? Its stressfull cause i hate calling in my payment.
I forgot my password and have sent many requests to reset my password for the past week and still have not received an email to be able to check it.

Go to submit a payment and the 2 buttons at the bottom are blank. How do I submit a payment without knowing what I am clicking?

I don't understand the negative reviews. Your bill shows up in the app. You pay it. You go about your day. It's simple.

Stopped letting me download pdf of my bill
I am so leaving this AMGO ENERGY, because icam busy to be listening to a pre recorded voice when i want to pay my bill. The App was fine and for 2 months they just screw it up. First it was for CVV and they don't give you a place to do that. So you end up stuck and cant pay your bill. Now it asks you to even put your adress in full and they tell you to click on SUBMIT which is not there too. When you click ongo on your key pad it keeps giving you error message.
