My Backup

Two things. I upgraded to pro and my subscription disappeared. As it is reasonably priced I just bought another sub. Also disappeared. Secondly, it doesn't work anymore. Something to do with read or write options. Pretty rubbish really. It worked at first and I made a copy of my desktop. Now it just takes up space. Can't find any support links in the app.

All I got after installing and allowing all.permissions was being told there was no data, anywhere, to back up. My android phone is too old to use the cables that came with it to connect it to my new one. I've had it 6 years and it's loaded, and I'm especially trying to find something to move my 1,644 bookmarks. How does this app have a high rating when it doesn't work or see the phone? They assure me that if I pay the $7 for Pro, it will magically work. Hah

This works really well as long as you have enough space on your internal memory to build the backup. No matter what your backup destination is, this app will use temp space on the main internal memory to built it, so if your phone is pretty full, with the stuff you want to backup, you cannot use it. Tried backing up my wife's old phone to move it to her new one, and there was just no way, even though we had ~100GB free on her (internal) SD card, which was designated as the backup destination. I've successfully used this app before on my own phones; fairly fast and so far very reliable. But the above scenario make it less useful. I ended up using a (paid for) solution on PC to transfer the info, and that worked fine.

This used to be an awesome app. Now, no updates since 2017. No consolidated view of app versions during a restore. Restores on non-rooted devices are terrible -- not batched, and no data. Backups now require additional permissions that are not requested by the app, and they take much longer to perform than in the past (backups which used to take 5-7 minutes, now take 2-3 hours, with intermittent failure on a high powered, unrooted phone).

Absolute rubbish! Despite buying Pro version it allowed me to make a backup but I could not get it to restore. It didn't work as advertised and kept asking me to buy Pro version. On the occasion it did allow me to log in it still failed to open the User License Agreement so went nowhere. Support indifferent at best. Glib repetition of the user manual and not much else. Slow response. Wasted my money and lost my backup into the bargain it seems.

Paid for Pro version to transfer data to a newly-bought phone. In the course of the transfer, the app wiped all data from my Google calendars, including shared work calendars. Every time that I tryvto restore the calendar data from the backup, it is wiped again as soon as either phone syncs with the cloud. I contacted Rerware support via email as the website has no phone number. Three days have passed without any response. This app has severely disrupted productivity of my organization.

Doesn't save app settings and takes ages to do a backup. I'm now in the fifth hour, for a normal backup, excluding videos and music. It takes 10 minutes for a normal HDMI foto, that's not normal for an internal backup on a modern miniSD.

Cloud back up isn't possible because there isn't enough space. Backing up on the computer isn't available on the free version. And guess what? My phone is a Pixel 3, which doesn't have a SD card slot. So my only option was to pay for extra storage or uninstall. Guess which one I picked.

This is the best backup app I have found that does not require root access. It is by far the best app for backing up and restoring not only SMS {Text} messages, but also MMS {Multimedia} messages. It is very easy to use and it also does everything extremely fast!

It is almost good software. I gave it only 3 stars, because in the FREE version, it is possible to restore, ONLY TO THE SAME DEVICE !!!. If you make, in the FREE version, the possibility, to restore to any device, even with advertisment, then I will give you 5 stars.

Not Worthy of any Stars. Doesn't Restore Photos. Doesn't Restore Videos. Doesn't Restore Apps. Doesn't Restore Contacts says "Couldn't read Row 6233 Col 2 from CursorWindow. Make sure the Cursor is initialised correctly before accessing data from it. And I can't post this COMMENT UNLESS I GIVE AT LEAST 1 STAR RATING. BRAVO BRAVO.

I have never yet discovered anything that should make me give this backup system less than 5 stars in the near future!!! I recommend you to use it! - but only if you are completely honest with all data you have in your data device! Because I don't know what will happen if you are different than me such a way? It seems to want to send all my private data to their servers. Will not function without a connection to their server so it's uninstalled. But, it has a pretty display so I'll give them an extra star for that.

An amazing app for auto backup. It can save everything on the android - system files, apps and all data. The backup speeds are amazing and is only limited by your own hardware.

Don't waste your money like I did. Does not work on Android 12. Apps are unliked from Play Store and even the data is not transferred. Totally useless.

I have had someone in the store delete my information and a lot of that information was very important to me to put a long time to get it and I still haven't retain all of it however I did not know about a backup app I had someone else put it on my phone and tell me about it

I selected "/mnt/sdcard" for my backup destination, assuming that is where the backup would go ( my sd card), ran my backup, reset my phone to factory specs selecting NOT to wipe my card, and went to restore everything. It was all gone, no backups available.

Backed up apps and data. When I restored not all data had been backed up. It "cherry picks" what to backup ad opposed to backing everything up.

Can't activate Pro version on my new phone as the old code is no longer valid and developers simply ignore my emails. No support at all. Do NOT buy this app as you won't be able to activate it.

thank you for your help in organizing my life and my data it's simplifying things so that I can keep the things that I want and get rid of the things that I do not this software seems to do the job more than adequately I appreciate tools that they have to help me accomplish my goal of being self-sufficient and put a nice bow around it that is very secure

Would not get local app data like Content Transfer did, so Pokegenie, or Simple Calender, Blacknote are empty upon restore.

Do not download. Scam alert. They tell you you need to upgrade to Pro only during the Restore process.

The unusual feature of backing up Home Screen layout does not work on my Moto E4 Plus; I get the message “provider not supported” when restoring, but no warning when backing up.

You can backup your Music Playlist but to view them on a different device. you have to pay $7. complete bonkers! Rubbish!

not very happy with this app i backed all my pictures up to local sd and ive gone to restore over 1000 family photos and there gone?? i contact customer support over this but there not making any sence and not helping me. i first contact them beging of july and still waiting to sort this issue out.. i cant lose them pictures there important family pictures that ill never behable to take again there all memories. please help me sort this out??
