My Banglalink

I'm very disappointed.. I wanted to check my internet balance but I couldn't even find it. So I logged out and then tried to login again . But it's saying something went wrong. So cleared all the data and tried to log in again.. But the problem is same. I tried many times but it just wouldn't let me login no matter how many times I tried to. Please fix it 🙏🙏

I really can't take this anymore it's really irritating me,,I already reported this problem but it's not working again,,, whenever I try to go in the app it just keeps on loading after sometime it will stop but there will be nothing in there,, please fix this problem ,,I really love this app but this problem is really irritating

Make the app free on Banglalink network please. How is the user supposed to buy internet if his existing data pack is finished and he can not log into the app cause there is no internet data. Who designed this bad experience? I had to go through a lot of pain today because of this. Not satisfied at all. This is very bad and not customer friendly at all.

Update: The problem is solved now. App does not show internet balance properly. even after complaining to their call center, they did not rectified the issue.

language set to english but still notification is in bangladesh, use the app to buy data using visa, charged but not recieved. review always deleted, author suggest to contact customer service, but the customer service doesnt / cannot speak in english. this app is for local use only, not applicable for tourist.

Some times the internet freezes and i have to airplane it to get the data working back. The app has widget but the balance doesn't update on its own

Overrated call rate & offer prices are higher. There are no options for checking the current package, call rate, and others package call rate. And also I can't migrate other package. Network quality are very poor than other Operators. Fix all the problems.

The most disgusting app ever.. Everytime i want to recharge form bkash or other mobile banking options it's always said for entering card number.. Fix this bug 😑😑

Pretty good than to previous version.! We expected that if it had night mode,it will be better to use at night or eyes. And please remove unnecessary things from dashboard like refer option that show on dashboard and do not remove. And #banglalink doing well day by day. Keep it up.🥳

One of the worst telecommunication I have ever seen is Banglalink. Their network is so weak that when you watch a video on YouTube, you can't expect anything but buffering.

This app is not good because when I enter this app. First I login and got a OTP code and filled the gap but I can't enter mybl app.... Why it cause?please solve this..

During the latest update, MyBL widget aren't run/support in my launcher. Few days ago it was run properly. Please fix my problem.

There's a lot loading problem.Sometimes i can't see my balance for loading.Then I have to start again with clear data and then I can see. Please Fix this problem.

Sometimes it takes much time to connect with internet. Today i cant see my banalce using this app. This is very disappointing

The application is not very much user-friendly on both iOS & Android Platform. The interface looks kind of confusing at times. I think it should be displayed in such way where customers(app users) won't get confused. - Beside that, My BANGLALINK App application is very useful, indeed. Thanks for the good service. The UI is so neat and clean, but the loading time to so annoying…

I really have to say this update version is far better than the previous one! Previously it contained weather section 😂 which did not have any real value. In the updated version I'm missing to things - firstly it should include my plan in the menu so that the user can make plans freely. Secondly quiz contest should be brought in the app. In this respect adding black theme would be a great choice. Thank you 😀

User interface design is worst as ever I've seen.you should keep it up. I have a suggestion for your app make it simple and please add an outgoing call list in uses history option.

Banglalink started to promotion so much that this app is no more helpful as checking balance and internet balance, extremely disappointing, uninstalling now 😠

It's really a vool app for Internet but the problem was it wanna Update every week that's why my ram is going full, please try to solve this problem
