My Bank My Lead (MBML)
MBML helps you to engage, track and connect with your potential leads instantly, so that you can close business promptly. MBML is a specifically designed app for IDBI Bank staff to generate leads of business potential and to help them manage sales on the go. The App simplifies the lead management process for all Employees with easy lead creation, assignment, notifications and lead conversion. It has automated features that facilitates seamless lead flow from Customer touch Points to respective Branch Heads/Relationship Managers. Leads can be logged, tracked, contacted and status can be updated in the MBML app based on the Customer response. The App also facilitates marking of a lead status as Reschedule, In progress, Closure and add follow-up tasks as required. The MBML app lead details will be stored in the desktop lead tracker system for tracking and MIS. All Employees are required to download the app and add all the new business leads received through various Customer touch points into the Mobile App-MBML. The App is convenient to use and is easily accessible by all employees on Android Phones.

Not giving access, for almost a week it gives prompt that 'server may be down'. Please fix this issue.
Developers of this App.... Please wake up ! Kindly respond to feedbacks. The app is not working since long..Pls fix "server down" issue.
Every time i try to log in, i get the message"the server must be down, please try later."
App is not fully functional. only leads can be closed or can assign.
app shows leads assigned 0 unopen leads 0 closed leads 0 although there are many leads when i access the MBML through my desktop...

What app is this, not even able to login. Simply wasted my time trying to login.
While entering existing customer id's,if email id is not updated in Customer account it shows NA but without email id the system doesn't allow to proceed further. In this case the lead has to be assigned as new customer which takes few more minutes to update record. Plz check and rectify same.
The idea is a very welcome one. But the app is a tad slow, if only it were a bit faster, would've got a five star from my side. Still a very decent app at present though.
1. This app is very slow. May be because of graphic representation. 2. This app should have feature to display synopsis of leads available with all the officers reporting to us. This will make it even more powerful app.

Just tortureing staff in a best way.... with crazy application which never works in a real way. Alert messages keeps coming... no leads will b shown as usual... sever n app has no sync as usual.
