This app was always good until 2 months ago. I always need to reinstall this app so that I can use it because I always get an error code when I try to open it and this is not only happening on my phone but also on my partners and my mother's phone. For now I give it an one star until the developers fix this annoying bug. Edit: still same bug. Just unbelievable that they cannot fix this when alot of people have complained about this problem.

I really loved this app but since a month or 3, I can't log in with my 4g (to skip the password); I don't get text messages for 2 step verification (e.g. Patreon); and today, I couldn't change my subscription to a higher rank... For the previous 2 problems, I contacted customer service months ago but never got a reply...

The app doesn't work. Whenever I open it up, it says "OOPS Something went wrong. Please try again later.". It's been like that for a few days now and I no longer have access to important stuff like my usage and the Top ups...

Cannot complain. Just cancelled my account not because unhappy with service and price but my mobile is being amalgamated with another full package. Quite adequate if you only need mobile service.

I've lived in 7 countries and this is the worst mobile service provider I've ever used. Most of the time it never works. The application never works, it's always down when you need it most and this has been going on for 3 years. The only reason I haven't changed provider yet is because my phone number is registered on different apps for verification. Honestly the worst mobile service experience I've ever had. Using BASE is like being in the 1990s again.

It used to be fine but since the latest update, I can't connect anymore. Not allowing me to enter a password, straight trying to look up mobile data and telling me it can't connect anymore. Can't recharge, can't buy, can't do anything. Which means I've lost 15€ which expired because I couldn't connect on the road to buy an internet package. I'm seriously pissed and consider moving to another provider.

I'm 'using' this app for 2 weeks now and it only worked 2 times, I keep getting the "oops something went wrong" message and every time I reinstall the app I get the "unable to connect" messenge. Not sure it's because my phone is a bit older (Oneplus 3T) or it's a bug in the app itself.

It keeps saying there is an update available when there is none, it shows negative days for usage (-56 days) and it hasn't updated the usage since August. When I push the "update" bar I get an error mrssage, something on the lines: "unkown error, please try later". Basically, it's pretty useless and it has been for a while now.

This app is not working most of the times even though login and password are correct (on WiFi and 4g) Just disappointing, probably will go back to my old operator Edit: Now in may 2020, nothing changed. App still works once in a while. Super convenient when we need to pay the bill Update: got a 10 euro extra fee for a reminder. When the app is not notifying me anything! Great. Anytime I go myself to try to pay i have login issues. I am changing operator today, sick of this

This app is unreliable.... Irritating and disappointing. For a mobile phone company to have an app that does not work most of the time is ridiculous. Can't login despite putting correct login and password. And please don't tell me to call the help desk. If hundreds of users tell you that it does not work, fix the app. It is elementary!

I've probably managed to log in and actually use the app twice in the past 6 months or more... As like some of the other reviews the "ooops, something went wrong, try again later" error only made me uninstall it. Absolutely unreliable app - the only bad thing I can say about BASE. (for now) :)

The app is great, it works perfectly BUT when I've paid an invoice an the app is updated. On the homepage I still see the " you have a new invoice" and when I go to invoices it says "no new invoices". I suppose this is a bug. But it's quite annoying.

Displays completely random usage data. Always says my data is almost used up, even when I just topped up. Will not work randomly, simply saying "Oops, something went wrong." Basically, a complete mess of an app.

The worst app ever. I can't log in without wifi connection. Status of bundles and minutes left are refreshed very rarely so the status is never up to date. An app is clumsy and doesn't let you top up the phone when you ran out of internet.

Needs to update faster after a bill is paid, otherwise no issues. One more thing that isn't an app issue but consider partnering up with more oems like oneplus. One of the reasons people hesitate joining base is because the phone selection under contract is pretty bad.

"Can no longer open app [sic.] since last update. Never works anymore. Please fix what seems like a bug. From a Xiaomi Redmi 5A phone." EDIT - I can log on with Wifi and password, but ONLY with Wifi and password now. Never through the network. With Network on and working, and data on and working, always comes up with the same unspecified "network problem." I'm currently in Spain, so could be a roaming issue. Who knows.

Old version was much better, it allowed me to view and pay my monthly bills in an easy way. I don't have ANY online way to pay my bills anymore!!! Website has gone bad too, most of what I need stopped working in the last few months... FIX THIS please!!!

I very rarely give out reviews for apps, but this one is an exception. Base, your app is garbage. It is slow and often does not work. I must add though that when the app works, it has a nice design. Hence the two stars.

DEAR BASE. you have seriously screwed me up. you app is not an app it is crapp, I cannot even update it. I have already tried and when I go back onto the app, it just wants me to update again. I am really done with you. You have let me down in so many ways, as a network and as a basic client. 4 years of paid you. And this is it.

I very much dislike that one cannot add minutes/texts via the app, only data. The app is also sometimes impossible to log into with the message 'Oops something went wrong' constantly appearing.

Tried so many times to create a login password for this app but Nth seems to work so I can't even check my balance whenever I want to. I 've to turn my 4G on inorde to log in. Other options like (typing consult to 1912 to check Yr balance) even this doesn't seem to work after I went from the old card to the new prepaid one. Very annoying!

With my number transferred from the other network and using OnePlus 3 (dual sim) I'm not able to login to the app. Even over the BASE 4G network I keep getting 'Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later' and the app redirects to the web page. Not very useful
