My Bath & Body Works

Worst app ever. I try to log in. It asks me if I want to join the rewards program. I put in all my information and it just takes me back to the same things I've already answered. Never gets past the "almost there, complete your profile". I've talked to customer service several times. No one seems to know how to get my account registered with anything other than my phone number. Fix this issue!! Been going on since December

I love the products, but it seems there's always a "catch" when trying to use the offers. It's not smooth navigating thru the pages either. It seems I get fooled in every order... I like to order on line and pick up at the store, but there's always something Not available so i pay shipping costs anyway... that's if the location reader is working.... smh... it rarely reads the proper place for delivery... I'm less than satisfied...

I picked out the items I wanted, Icreated selected the check out button and everything was good until I decided to change one item to be shipped so I could get free shipping and for some reason I couldn't change it. So I just removed it from my cart along with 2 others that made the 3 items a set. So I wasn't to happy about it cause I've been wanting to try this item.

I love B&BW products. However, slowly but surely they are becoming very expensive and the rewards program not catching up since your gift can only be $16.50. Also, I would like to see a better system for inventory as items I purchased at checkout are being cancelled in a later email. You call and they tell you it wasn't at that warehouse, well route it to another?? There has to be a better system for such a large company.

Just placed an order and it was much more difficult than it should have been. My entire cart disappeared once, then it was nearly impossible to even scroll through my cart. Super glitchy! Could only apply one of my gift cards after the third try. Don't think I will mess with ordering through the app again after this experience.

I just downloaded the app. I already get email notifications, but every time I try to open the app it keeps making me sign up for email rewards, then it says there's none in my area and to enter my email AGAIN to get notified when it will be in my area. I'm just trying to log into the app!!! It shouldn't be this difficult to log into the app. Someone help me and I may change my review.

I really like ordering my favorite products from Bath and Body Works but the app is super glitchy...especially when it's time to checkout. There is always an issue when trying to use a reward code AND a promotional code on a single transaction. You can sometimes get it to work if you refresh a couple times, but it's a pain.

This app hasn't been working right for awhile! It takes forever to place an order. Deletes everything in my cart. If you try to do an in store pickup, it takes forever for the store you want to come up. It's saving me money though, I just give up & don't place an order!!

Told FL stores don't honor rewards so I should order online for store pick up. Tried to order a travel body cream and mist that I had just seen at the store but the site said it was unavailable for pick up so I had to order something else or pay the shipping fee. Took multiple periodic tries over a few hours so that I could set my store for pick up since the site either continuously spun w/o producing results or gave me stores over 100 miles away.

Every time I click to choose a location for pick up it loads for over 10 minutes and nothing happens. When I click "use my location" it automatically puts in a zip code that im no where near. So I can't make store pick up orders.

shipping is always so much! I bought $90 worth. some of it's not available in the store so I had those items shipped thinking it would be free because the promotion says if you spend over $75 you get free shipping. It is all one purchase so I just don't see why it wasn't honored. I want my items, so I still went through with the purchase. It just makes me feel some type of way. Probably won't shop there again for quite a while because I just felt lied to.

website and app are horrible. if something is out of stock take it down or say it's out of stock instead of it being added to your cart and then at the end you're all screwed because it's out of stock and you got to start over. packages arrive like they've been through a war and stuff is broke. only made this order because I had a gift card there is nothing good about bath & body works

I absolutely love their products I just don't like the way they get thrown in a box half of the time and shipped. I also absolutely can't stand the new points system to earn rewards it wasn't broken the way that it was nothing like feeling good when you have earned a free product. would I recommend bath and body works you best believe it.

This is app is horrible. I use the app for online exclusives. I have to double tap everything to get it to load. Everytime I try to save anything to my heart list. It says it saves then when I go to my heart list it's always a error and won't let me view then tells me there's nothing. Half the time it won't even load. This app sucks completely.

The app kept saying I had rewards to use. When I went to the store to try to use them they wouldn't work. This all resulted in me getting racially profiled. Call customer service and they told me to restart my phone and the app would fix itself it did not. I still have rewards that I can't use.

This app often crashes or is slow to load. To be honest, I've gone to delete it several times, but the rewards/coupons are the only thing that make shopping at B&BW not laughably overpriced.

fabulousness!! even my man likes shopping here!! great specials/deals regularly. And you can sign up for awesome coupons which usually include a free gift that can be combined with deals for bonus savings!! Also, now they have reward points for money spent!!

I'm not allowed to make a account or even use this app at all because the "rewards program" is not available in my area. I can't get pass the log in screen. Louisiana is not one of the 11 states that this program is available in. I don't care about the rewards program. I just wanted to shop online using your app. This app is useless unless you live in one of those states. It sounds like the app is full of glitches and most items are is sold out. So it sounds like you're not missing much.

Useless for ordering for in-store pickup. It never loads if you put in the zip code and comes up with a totally different area (over 30 miles away) if you use the "current location" feature

It was working just fine but then it got to where I can't view the products and it says "bath and bodyworks is having a moment comeback later" this has been going on for a month now its getting kinda ridiculous, is anyone else having this problem? (btw yes I have a good internet connection yes I updated the app and restarted my phone)

the app has alot of glitches, I can't ever redeem my free rewards and when it does work it does it wrong, there is always a issue with rewards I have call and tried to fix on phone and never a solution and I shop online alot! so I have to always physically go to store if I want to use my rewards. checkout is very simple and quick.

The app is truly what you need for your Bath and Body Works shopping experiences! You get perks right on the app, exclusive content to items, and they even offer pick up in store now. Overall this app is amazing and easy to use. Just add your Bath and body works Account and you will be on your way to getting all the access right in the palm of your hands

If I can't join your rewards program, this application doesn't let you bypass the setup so that you can make a purchase without the rewards program. Kind of silly, especially if someone really wants to buy something.

I love being a member of bath and body works. I get special notifications and deals. It's easy to use the app. and order and usually get it in a few days. I'm sending this purchase to our daughter in another state for Easter. I use some of the products for myself but mostly for gifts for family lol.

I think the bath and body works app is a great way to not only earn rewards but a great way to keep up with promotions, sales, and deals. And everything is neatly organized within the app.

Location service is bad. If you are searching for the nearest store, there is no problem but when you want to setup to pick up your order at the nearest store, it will put your location about 50 miles away which forces you to set your order to ship and pay at least $7 shipping with no discount for a minimum order. Seems shady

I was attempting to shop several items today, but the whole app was glitch and slow, and after revising quantity of items in my cart, it refused to update and I tried several times til quitting and shopping g elsewhere. I'm as tech savvy as they come and do updates in playstore multiple times a day...no required update needed for this one, so no idea why the app was horrible. My first time using it and I'm turned off. :( fix the app and maybe I'll consider it again.

I was so excited about this app but when I try to set my store so I can do pick it will not load store options when I enter my zip and when ask the finder it gives me stores that are no where near where I live. It's not the most user friendly app either. Hopefully this gets fixed and I can update this review.

This app is the worst thinh ever. I try to log in, but it asks me to join Loyalty program but ita not available in my area, but it dont let me bypass that part, I put the info and it just goes right back yo signing up. Freaking waste of time

I don't like to give bad reviews but seriously you can't login in unless your from there state. And than once you do it doesn't even work. Like they don't want your money. I literally spend tons of dollars with these fools online and in-store. But they don't want us to use their app unless your close to their original state. Useless.
