English language option must be there. I can't find it. It's difficult for tourist. I request the developer to introduce English language option. Thanks
The app seems fairly good. But there is no option to change language, tat makes it difficult for international users. Adding english launguage will definitely improve the user experience and many more customers can be increased.
Could do better. I constantly see special offer notifications (like, increases redeem chances? Really?), overall loading is slow. No, not slow. It's SLOW. While on the operator network (it's a mobile operator app).
Cat is not working. ZTE 20 smart, android 9, 4.53.0 black screen, then yellow screen frame blink for instant and interface. Disabling cat option shows shorter black screen and interface without yellow frame. Old interface was heavy but compatibility and worked on wide devices range. Can you please fix the cat? Старый интерфейс был более совместим что-ли, да тяжёлое, но работало везде и хорошо. Просьба пофиксить кота чтоб работал универсально на широком круге девайсов!

you literally can't get rid of beeline ads. if you delete the app, you get Sim notifications from the Sim-menu and sms. had to throw away the Sim card. such an annoying service.
It's really convenient application. I'd say one of the best!
Can't find the English option
Can't see the owner of the SIM card. And app failed changing the rate. Overall, it's well done and beautiful.
Asking for permissions to use contacts and google fit. Couldn't find the option to disable it in the settings.
There are foreigners living in Russia, any decent application will have English language interface, it's rude to have it in only 1 language, it's the Russian soul i guess.
Doesn't work with Contracts, only with single number. What to do if you have more numbers collected into single contract? Beeline did not answrer...
Crashes immediately after loading. Always. Seems nobody test it in Beeline. Characterises well the provider.

Language change options must be add in applications, common language English need for foreigners. Balance should stop 0 , this one going minus balance always.
Very slow internet...never buy this simcard....

Can't log in with my phone number and no way to change the language to English so I can at least try to trouble shoot. If there was a way to get it in English that would be great!
Excellent App...it's very convenient and friendly user. But I couldn't watch the TV in my mobile.

Customer service is zero at Beltline and Airport I don't recommend to buy a night of work phone or SIM card at the I know you from someplace there charge you more and after one day your phone don't working customer service is not good - 0
