The app used to work great. Now it does not. It will not let me upload receipts even though it is in the correct format. Chat function covers text so you are not able to see what you are writing. As instructed by support I uninstalled and reinstalled the app which did not fix the problem. This is very frustrating as the app is the only means I have to submit claims.
Just downloaded and says it needs updates cant even use it.
Something is wrong with the password function. I tried to reset it to a complicated password as per the complexity requirements but it would not take the new password. I then tried a simpler password without numbers and that worked. That is not very secure and disappointing
file type for pic uploads allowed by app do not match file types on an android phone. yes I have latest version. until this is fixed the app is useless June 29 2021. its doing it again file type is jpg the app says ot accepts jpg but rejects the file. useless app when you can't submit a claim
Used to be good, but attachments will no longer upload from mobile device. Easy to navigate but totally useless if you can't submit a claim. I've re-installed, restarted, and am even on a new phone, and the issue continues.
Was fine until latest update. I get to page 4/5 when submitting a claim and then the "Next" button does nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled to fix the issue above, now it keeps saying invalid user ID or password when trying to log in. Both are correct.
The app is a good idea in theory, but almost every time I try to submit a claim, the submit button doesn't work. It takes 3 to 4 tries of closing the app and going through the process again for it to work.
Tried to upload documents for a claim using the app and it kept saying the pictures were in a wrong format when they were not. Used the online chat to try and get help, they told me to upload the claim online. What's the point of having an app if it doesn't work. Very disappointing.
App is good once logged in but having to enter ID and/or password every time defeats the purpose of an app. Better off going to the website. At least add fingerprint login like other apps.
Can't upload photos for claims on mobile, the app is now unusable
Goog app, but a few issues. For example in the Change Address form, some of the inputs such as Province and Language are unreadable due to font color.
App doesn't stay up to date with claims. Nor does it allow you to upload screenshots. And uploading photos is a pain. Takes over 20 minutes to get a photo to convert. Why can't we use a pdf?

Display settings not supported on latest version for S7. Incorrect message to update rather than uninstall and reinstall to get actual latest update?! Not meeting standards for Google play store app development gives unprofessional impression.
Great app.. . When it works. What does the "cannot read property. 'updatedrequired' of null" error mean? I updated my phone and the app and this error still appears!
This is the worst app ever. Won't let me login even though i know i used the right user name and password. Now i'm locked out and have to wait until 1st canadian opens so i can call and probably wait on hold forever just to have my account unlocked. What a joke!
I just did an update and now when I open the app a very strange screen pops up and it says "Uh oh.. Cannot read property. 'Updaterequired' of null" What does that mean??!!
Currently this app does not work at all. Unable to sign in or get sign in info emailed just in case I made a error. I know now its just a app error and unable to use.
Great so far. Really easy to use. Seems the bugs other reviewers are talking about haven't happened to me yet or don't happen on my device or have been resolved.
Just started using this today. So far so good. 2 questions: 1) Can fingerprint login be added? 2) Where are "saved ID cards" placed? It is not showing up in G Pay.
Cinup is the most pathetic benefits you can have! If your company has them as your benefits package, they don't care about their employees. The app is useless so if you're looking to install this app, you should decline the package your employer has offered you!
I have a challenge submitting a claim. It's not letting my move past the section where I uploaded my receipts. Had reinstalled the app but the issue persists.
I can open the app and sign in but everytime i go to see my benefits the app crashes...ive done an update and still the same thing keeps happening
The app is not working. It has an error that says cannot read property "updaterequired" of null. I just downloaded the app from the play store
Keeps asking me to update in order to login, but there's no update... So I can't login... Edit: after uninstalling and reinstalling, was able to login.
Not user friendly, submitting claims through app has not been working for months. When contacting customer support, all they advise is submitting claims on a computer
This app is useless for submitting a claim. Converted pics to jpg. And still wouldn't work. This new update is useless
This app is absolute garbage. makes things harder, won't accept password or username . Won't accept pictures of receipt.
To say this app is a dumpster fire is a massive understatement, if you forget your password all the best trying to reset it
