whenever i try to open this application it say 'App wont run on rooted device' even though it is not, i had word with brand support they said applications is not compatible. i own vivo v11 pro. why you make such applications which is not compatible with all manufacturers.
It's not synchronise my claim which I raised around month back and subbmited around week ago. So only use of this app is to download your e card and look some common information. Please work on its claim synchronise part other wise it's not that helpful.
E cards are not available. Availed corporate Ins top up facility but the top up sum insured details are not available. Overall the app is not up-to-date.

third class idiots are running this company.. even after providing correct password it says wrong password and when I try to recover password it says wrong email ID.. wasted time..

After Biometric it does not allow to login. Doesn't accept credential either. Sent multiple emails to change DOB for my wife and but to no use. You should pack your business.
